It had good width but if you lean to the side and are not heavy enough like my 5 year old, it starts to tip. She has been riding this everyday since we got it. Super easy to assemble. Less than a minute. Great exercise for 5 year old. Good price bought the older version . We bought a scooter with the lights. Batteries run out way to fast. Save your money an go with this Y Fliker Air A1 Wiggle Scooter.

We Love this flicker! Its plenty big for my now 8-year old daughter to ride (she's one of the taller in her class). She rides it every day and loves the way it can easily achieve 180 turns and even pop a wheelie! My only draw-back is that one she started riding it a little more aggressively, it started to squeak...tried figuring out what wheel/ joint it's coming from can't seem to locate. It was very easy to assemble and didn't take very long at all (about 5 minutes). We purchased this for my 8 year old daughter who absolutely loves it! She loves that it fits her well and that she is able to balance and maneuver it easily. Her younger sister also enjoys riding it as well.
