I ordered product for my back deck. Box came not completely sealed. The roof metal pieces came bent and damaged. It was missing a 4th mesh wall and no instructions. Also, did not have all the curtain hooks to hang the 3 mesh walls. Requested a refund or replacement. They said they can do neither. The best they can do is $40.
