I bought this thinking it would be a good inexpensive upgrade after the factory unit in our Kia Sedona died. I was wrong. The unit would power on and then immediately off. I took it to a professional and they even said the unit was defective after verifying all wiring connections. I reached out to the company hoping to get a warranty replacement and let me tell you this company has the WORST customer service period. All customer service is located in China and you can only contact them via email which normally isn't a big deal but responses take forever and offered zero help. They argued with me for 4 days about how there was nothing wrong with the unit. At no point did they offer to replace it even after me submitting information from a professional installer that the unit was in fact defective. Bottom line here is this thing is more of a headache and money pit than it is worth and the company doesn't stand behind it's products. Thankfully Amazon return policy is the only thing that had my back. Steer clear of this company!

The install was super easy! Bought this to replace an old 7" screen that was in there. Still using the rca video so it is only 480i quality but very clear. The instructions are legible but all the wires are labelled and easy to follow. The ONLY complaint is the wires are hard wired into the screen and it makes the install a little challenging. If you trim the wires down to make sure you dont have a lot of extra in the headliner the screen will hang while you are wiring it up. This would be eliminated if there was a harness and wouldn't be an issue.

Installed and it didn’t work. Seller wanted me to put $100 deposit for them to send replacement. Came from Hong Kong they didn’t understand or didn’t care that I had a whole in my roof and wires dangling if I removed it and sent it first. Amazon refunded my money . Don’t buy from them the tv is cheap garbage
