  • Fantastic tool
Color: Yellow
Couldn't get my most recent set of UTV tires seated. Tried jumping on one bead, ratchet straps around the tire, beating it with a hammer, etc with no luck. Took a couple tries to find the right technique with this air blaster, but once I got it, it worked very well. Basically just set the tire on a couple of 5 gallon buckets with the wheel hanging in the center, valve side up. Charged up the blaster, put an air line on the tire valve running wide open, and blasted from the bottom, opposite the valve. Of the 5 tires I did this way, only one had multiple tires. The other 4 seated first try. Super impressed, would buy again. ... show more

  • Works well and seats tire beads QUICKLY!
Color: Yellow
I did a lot of research to find what would work the best. I looked at units that cost 2-3 times as much. I watched youtube videos on how these work, and read a LOT of reviews and tips from people that own bead seaters. I had a brand new set of garden tractor tires that were mashed pretty flat from being banded for shipment and being piled in a warehouse. I tried every trick I know with no luck. The local shop wanted just as much to mount the tires as this unit cost, so I decided to buy one. I assembled it easily, got it filled with air, and blasted the first tire on the first try and was done and aired up in a minute. Was VERY IMPRESSED. The second tire was mushed worse than the first. I tried blasting it a few times and it almost seated each time, but the rubber was quite stiff. I put the tire in front of a heater and turned it every few minutes so the rubber was quite warm and pliable. This tank blasted it on first try after that! Do I recommend this unit? YES! Zero complaints from me on this. Worth every penny! ... show more

  • Works excellent and as advertised. Works excellent and as advertised.
Color: Black (Handheld)
Top notch and works as advertised for a variety of purposes. It does need the attachments (gauge, safety valve, intake valve) installed with thread locker - which does not come with it. The trigger guard is prone to popping off.

  • Works, after some modification
Color: Black (Handheld)
I was having issues with the valve sticking open and the tank wouldn't hold pressure. The valve seemed to be creating a vacuum between the two o-rings causing resistance. I removed one them and it seems to work fine.

  • Unfixable leak and loaded with bead blast media
Color: Black (Handheld)
Lots of Bead blast media was loose in the shipping box and the air tank itself had alot of bead blast media in it. The internal valve mechanism had bead blast media in it, making the valve leak. After I blew out and cleaned away all the bead blast media, the device worked perfectly 2 times. Then the gasket at the neck of the outlet blew out and created an unfixable leak. Seems like very poor quality controll at the factory. ... show more

  • Yes I would recommend for difficult tires
Color: Yellow
OMGosh this is absolutely amazing. First, bought rear tractor tires for my sears 4500 mower of course Amazon stores them with 500 more on top so sidewalls were together. I used the 5 gallon pail trick for one and I just couldn't get the other brought down to Warren tire in Greenwich took them 5 tries on a much smaller unit. Got back and ordered this, front tires lasted from 2006 until now. So here go the fronts. I first tried this with just filling with air to get a grasp of how to use, man o man is it loud. Ear protection. Finally removed and mounted new tires aimed this into rim and rubber and swiftly manipulated the ball calve and tire and rim went blasting out the garage. Oh nuts good thing door was open because that would have damaged the insolated door. This next time I, put it, against rear tractor tire tried again nope what am I doing wrong? Tried it a last time and finally getting the hang of this monster. Very very intimidating at first until your get the jest of it. Do not do this without having tire secure. Larger tire would make no difference. ... show more
