Worst purchase ever. Cut the hoses on my pool to reroute flow. The heater worked for 2 days and quiet. Keeps giving me E3 code which is flow however I cracked the valves and both connections leak water ( A lot of water ). Hope this company goes under. It’s a sham that quality doesn’t matter these days You should be ashamed of yourselves. Enjoy the money you have taken from us consumers whom trusted in you. ( It will be short lived ).     • This heater actually works
We have had our pool heater for a couple months now. We live in Pennsylvania where it can get cooler at night and weather isn't always sunny. This heater had kept our pool at 90 degrees (where we have it set) and has worked perfectly every time. Our filter pump is a little less powerful now, but it hasn't seemed to effect it's ability to do it's job. I would definitely recommend this product. It has given us the ability to be in our pool every day so far this summer! Our pool is 5300 gallons and we turn the heater on in the morning with the pump and it is usually 90 by the afternoon. Do not buy is bad heater I turn on all night all day and still no heat not good they should pay my electricity bill

I have a 6200 gallon above ground pool and it works good. It stays between 85 and 90. It works better if you have cover on it to hold the heat. The weather is crazy here, warm during the day and cool at night and that is why I got it. It is a bit hard to put together, you have to buy extra plumbing pieces, but well worth it. ... show more

    • Skeptical at first but it’s working
E3 error with no user manual was frustrating at first, but I’ve figured out that you need to turn the pump on first and let it run for a bit before turning on the heater. If the filter gets full and the water flow slows down, I get the e3 error as well. But a quick filter change and we are back in business. It brought our Colorado pool up from 55° to 74° in one day. Not maintaining temp over night yet, but it’s still too cold here for that. Expect it to work great once our overnight temps come up in the summer. Makes the pool tolerable for May in the Rockies, so definitely worth it. ... show more

I got this and you can’t expect much. Understand most heaters require much more power. Mine turned on but didn’t heat at all. I contacted the company through Amazon with no response and in the mean time I opened it to make sure it wasn’t a box of rocks. I assume from bad handling the capacitor came loose and connections fell off. The schematic is labeled so I connected and mounted it again and it started heating.     • Could be good if you get a working unit
We recieved a unit that had issues. Our unit kept saying E3. I contacted CS and they suggested many things. We tried everything. Nothing. It stayed on for 30 minutes and then back to E3. I got a nice CS person who helped me return the heater. They paid the shipping to send it back, which was great. We were refunded within days of it being recieved. We really wanted a heater. Had this heater worked, I beleive this unit would be worth it. The CS in our case was very kind and helpful. ... show more
