My shipment arrived damaged but Xtool Customer Support was very diligent in Replacing the parts. This is a very good production machine And has really helped get out high-quality orders. Excellent for cutting and engraving. We’ve had a lot of fun with circular engraving! I would like to see the option of changing how the engraving fills, I would like to do an island full instead of just lines but we are still learning the little features that it has.     • A great co2 laser
I has an older co2 laser that they never upgraded the software and it's not lightburn compatible. Therefore I was in the market for a new laser. This one is great. The software is really easy to learn. I can ve at work and design a project then once home cut it out.

    • Xtool P2 Air Current Exception Issue
I was able to work with support to resolve the issue. The support team is very good and patient as well they are extremely thorough in their diagnostic processes. They really want to identify known issues and resolve or repair them. The only challange is Xtool support is based in China and the time zone difference can be difficult if they need to remote access. Basically, I am on the east coast and when it is 9:00pm EST it is 10:00 AM in Beijing. Xtool support is high quality and sincere! ... show more
