I bought this when I ordered my XTOOL D1 Pro 5W laser system. It is very nice, works great and I have used it quite a bit since I have had it. It is for cutting, so if you are just going to use the laser for engraving you do not need this. Good product.

I purchased this with the D1, 10W laser and rotary attachment. Overall, the product is good. It is easy to assemble and work on. There were some issues with software installation but with the FAQ was able to resolve. There are tons of online resources for ideas, font packages, and pre-designed projects to get you started. When I had to reach out to customer support, the support was great and was able to resolve my issues completely. I would recommend this product specifically because of customer support.

The media could not be loaded. Better alignment for your design. Without the metal bed, material alignment can be a guesstimate. I’ve had better results using this bed. The honeycomb is thick enough to allow air flow which prevents smoke and char from appearing on wood or other materials. I was able to get a true one pass full cut out using the bed. (👉🏽I could not get that with the material sitting on top of just a piece of metal. A steel plate I bought from the local hardware store - in the picture) Includes 8 protective corners to seat metal plate and protect furniture or workbench from scratches.

I got this as part of a kit. It works perfectly, but there are cheaper ones out there. If you're price shopping remember this has the honeycomb and the backer plate (keeps the laser from burning your table).
