When I'm satisfied I've corrected everything in my design I have the flexibility to move onto wood, acrylic, glass with confidence I won't be wasting any materials. I like those kind of good quality and easy to use machines. Normally to be able to use those machines you have to pay a lor of money, but nowadays there are smaller versions which makes everything easier. The functionality is awesome, but needed to make researches to be able to understand how it works. But the output is accurate to the input. It is small, and light.

I purchased my XTool D1Pro several months ago and have used it on a regular basis ever since. I am impressed with the precision fit and quality of the parts that make up the machine. It performs very well whether you are engraving or cutting. The operating software is easy to use and connecting the laser engraver couldn’t be easier. And, as an added bonus XTool has excellent customer service if you should happen to need it. I’m sold on XTool products and you should be too. You will not regret it!

This has been the most infuriating purchase I have made for my wood shop. The machine comes with the most minimalistic instructions you can imagine and I have yet to find anything online that begins to help with how to set this thing up. It is buggy and randomly decides to shoot off track leaving burn lines all across your project. The software that comes with it is less than useless. I would only recommend this machine if you are just eager to throw away a couple hundred bucks.

Love my D1 10w Pro laser. I have been using it a lot. I started out just cutting things. I have now started to engrave things. I have made gifts for my family and friends. I have been crafting for a long time and my laser has made it more fun. I thought something was wrong with my laser and needed to reach out to customer service. They replied timely and it was user error. I would buy a xTool laser again.

I have owned 4 diode lasers and I would rate the XTool D1 10 watt laser 3rd in the listing. Currently I own the Atezr P20 (20 Watt laser) and for the current price which is around $550 (with a 50% off coupon) my opinion is that the Atezr is at least as good or better and you get a 20 watt machine versus a 10 watt at a similar price. The XTool D1 20 watt is currently around $1,200. I bought the XTool because of many reviews that stated it was the best on the market in it's category. I do not agree with that. As stated I have owned 4 different diode lasers. After testing each of them the Atezr and the Acmer are my two favorites. I have also owned an Atomstack (A20) but would put them fourth due to poor customer service. The Atomstack is a decent machine but getting support is slow and that is generous. Bottom line I would suggest an Atezr laser over any other diode machine due to the value and the selection of accessories. If you want to move up to a CO2 laser that is a totally different discussion and price point.

It keeps stoping my projects midway and fails all the time sending back. Update I was fully refunded they do back Amazon's warranty.
