For the price of the extension kit, you really can’t beat it. I did not have my laser long before I knew this was a must have. I purchased the xTool D1 Pro Extension Kit sometime in November of 2022 (and I haven't use the extension yet) and at that same time I purchase the D1 Pro system with the 20w laser with the Air Assist, during this time I've been learning, using and doing wonderful things with this wonderful kit. But my real point on this comment and what I will like to share is that with this vendor Makeblock (including Alex) I experienced one of the best Customer Services in my entire life and this is very important because it gives me the trust to buy what I but from them and feel secure that if at any time I have a problem they will back me up with their support, expertise and do whatever to solve my problem and this is a thing we don't see much on this days, I know this might sound little exaggerated but it's not I really had the opportunity to experience a real customer service and I say this words because they deserve it Thank you Alex and the whole team from Makeblock you guys really deserve this review :) ... show more
