I purchased the xTool D1 Pro Extension Kit sometime in November of 2022 (and I haven't use the extension yet) and at that same time I purchase the D1 Pro system with the 20w laser with the Air Assist, during this time I've been learning, using and doing wonderful things with this wonderful kit. But my real point on this comment and what I will like to share is that with this vendor Makeblock (including Alex) I experienced one of the best Customer Services in my entire life and this is very important because it gives me the trust to buy what I but from them and feel secure that if at any time I have a problem they will back me up with their support, expertise and do whatever to solve my problem and this is a thing we don't see much on this days, I know this might sound little exaggerated but it's not I really had the opportunity to experience a real customer service and I say this words because they deserve it Thank you Alex and the whole team from Makeblock you guys really deserve this review :)

For the price of the extension kit, you really can’t beat it. I did not have my laser long before I knew this was a must have. Also very sturdy just like the original components of the D1, and having it opens up so many more options. Also larger commissioned pieces bring more money, so it pays for itself.

This extension is very nice! A long assembly time because you have to disassemble your original machine further than when you first assembled it. Not a hard assembly if you were fine with putting it together the first time. But trust me once it’s assembled with the extension rails you will feel like you have a whole new machine! It’s very nice having all this extra space to engrave. Projects that took multiple runs, can all go at the same time. I recommend getting the extensions, just be prepared for a lengthy assembly!
