I live on Guam and just a few days ago, Super Typhoon Sinlaku passed by - for 4 long days! It was horrible. I mounted four of these tarps - bolted to the walls secure. And I was literally able to sit outside on my balcony and watch the storm for 4 days and I didn't wet and the wind was calm. Same with my open-air garage. Bolted these to the front and open side - floor got damp but no wind damage and no flooding. I'm buying 4 more just in case. These things can hold up to Cat-3 Typhoon - I learned that!
