This E bike is exactly what we expected and more!! I got for my 13 year old daughter. First E bike any of us have ever gotten on. The only negative thing I notice is it squeaks a little, nothing to deter us from owning it. The speed is on point goes up to 25 on asphalt, up to 18 on bumpy grassy ground. Main use is full throttle only. Went up a very tall hill quickly maby 15 mph considering my 13 year old is 150 lb it carries her great. Battery life is everything it says it is. The shock absorbers are somthing we've not had before so that is incredible!! Makes grass a smooth ride. The height of it is pretty high my 13 year old is 5'3" and she has to tippy toe, so plenty of room to grow😀. The build quality is just perfect for her. I'm thankful to find such a nice ride for my kid at such a affordable price.

Ordered two of these, one for each of our granddaughters (10 and 11 years old). One arrived in a few days, the second one got lost during transit. Varun sent a replacement one less than 24-hours of us notifying them. The first one that arrived had a bent rear wheel and also a broken weld on the rim. I contacted Varun with videos and pictures and they immediately apologized and sent a rear wheel assembly replacement. Customer service has been nothing but a positive, exceptional experience. The bikes themselves have been great so far, after having them about 2-weeks now. Build quality seems to be good, and it’s a solid bike. It may be a bit too little for larger adults, but so far I can’t say anything negative about them. If I had the need for one, I wouldn’t hesitate to order the same thing.

Well thoughts on it so far is I wish it had come with a physical manual to put it together instead of coming to view a video on how to do so. But I do like it, I road with my brother down our road to test it out and the suspension is awesome my back doesn’t hurt sitting on the seat either. The speed is pretty fast I got to 22.5mph but the battery didn’t last long since I had only let it charge for the two hours while I was putting things together so it wasn’t enough to get it halfway charged. Overall it’s a nice bike I just haven’t road a bike in a long time cause other bike seats hurt my back so I had stopped until testing this one, I’ll be riding it in the morning with my brother down a bike trail so I’ll give an update then 😋 Update #2 (10/2/2025) I love the bike but I went down a star for advertising a 500w motor as 750w motor, I don’t mind the motor being 500w but note to seller DON’T DO FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS.

The media could not be loaded. It gets me to work, full throttle 8 miles up a few steep hills and still had a few bars to spare! Took me about 40mins to an hr to put together. I had to find a video on the VARUN website to figure out how to disassemble/assemble the bike seat. And also had to refer to the photos to figure out how the fender went on. I did have a lil hiccup with the battery. I thought it wasn't charging, until I found a video that showed you have to UNPLUG it, and turn the key before pressing the button to show battery life. I actually reached out to customer service because I thought the battery was bad at first, but that were very kind and helpful! I also realized that the light on the charger changes from red to green when it's all charged up. So, that's helpful. It charges pretty fast. About 3-4hrs I'd say. I charge it at night, ride to work, remove the battery and charge it up at my desk and I'm ready to roll by the time in off. I forgot to fully charge it one morning and was able to fold it up and barely got it into the trunk of a Camry and took it in an Uber! It's kinda heavy, but not unreasonable considering what you're getting, according to some friends of mine, it's way lighter than their electric bikes. I'd say it's about 65lbs maybe? But it can go fast enough! I got it up to 21-22mph on flat ground. Looooove this bike, imma get one for my daughter soon so she stops bugging me. Haha!

Battery life isn’t that long. I probably get a good hour (two at most) just on relying on the electric motor. It is also very squeaky as you ride as the suspension isn’t that great (there’s no great way to fix it). You have to really tighten the bolts or else things will fall off. It also does this thing (probably to save power) where if you’re going 25 mph for like 5 minutes, it will cut power randomly and drop to under 20 mph (and that’s with pedal assist as well) and you’ll have to wait a good 20 seconds before going back to 25.
