Well thoughts on it so far is I wish it had come with a physical manual to put it together instead of coming to view a video on how to do so. But I do like it, I road with my brother down our road to test it out and the suspension is awesome my back doesn’t hurt sitting on the seat either. The speed is pretty fast I got to 22.5mph but the battery didn’t last long since I had only let it charge for the two hours while I was putting things together so it wasn’t enough to get it halfway charged. Overall it’s a nice bike I just haven’t road a bike in a long time cause other bike seats hurt my back so I had stopped until testing this one, I’ll be riding it in the morning with my brother down a bike trail so I’ll give an update then 😋 ... show more

This E bike is exactly what we expected and more!! I got for my 13 year old daughter. First E bike any of us have ever gotten on. The only negative thing I notice is it squeaks a little, nothing to deter us from owning it. The speed is on point goes up to 25 on asphalt, up to 18 on bumpy grassy ground. Main use is full throttle only. Went up a very tall hill quickly maby 15 mph considering my 13 year old is 150 lb it carries her great. Battery life is everything it says it is. The shock absorbers are somthing we've not had before so that is incredible!! Makes grass a smooth ride. The height of it is pretty high my 13 year old is 5'3" and she has to tippy toe, so plenty of room to grow😀. The build quality is just perfect for her. I'm thankful to find such a nice ride for my kid at such a affordable price. ... show more

I give it three stars it’s easy to assemble battery comes half charged but bike says goes up to 30 miles an hour, but Max is out at 23 unless I’m going downhill bike says that it supports up to 300. I’m 215 and the shocks are terrible.

I am giving this a five star as review as it has worked out great for me. I am an old guy of seventy two and recently had a knee replacement . With a knee replacement you need to exercise your knee but not put pressure on it. So I can use the electric to get me up the hills and pedal gently down the hills. It was not very difficult to put together, came with in a reasonable time and compared to other bikes was very affordable. The fact it folds up is huge benefit, although heavy so it helps me to take the battery out when loading into my pick up. So far customer service has been helpful, courteous and timely. I am not a avid bike rider so cant speak to the mechanics of the unit. To me it seems to operate just fine. Gears are smooth in transition and breaks work fine. You can adjust the seat and the handle bars easily. I have only had it a few weeks so I don't know how it holds up in the long run but nothing about it seems cheap but I do think the wear of constantly folding and unfolding it will undoubtedly be harder on it than bikes that do not have that feature. The user manual is well written and not some two page instructions in poor English. I have had much pleasure being able to get outside into the fresh air and rehab my knee at the same time. it has been very fun and it does everything that I need it to do. However the battery life is not as good as it says. I road 5.5 miles yesterday. And I came back home with about 20% battery. I don't foresee this going 65+ plus miles even on the lowest setting.
