Description

XPC High Performance 20W/mK Thermal Pad T20 Series are designed for use in electronics and computing applications requiring non-conductive, compressible, and duable thermal gap-fillers. Suitable uses include graphic cards, RAM, VRM, Chipset, and IC components. Our in-house testing has shown 15-20C VRAM temperature decrease on RTX 3070 Ti, RTX 3080, RTX 3090 GPUs that have been in use for 8-10 months. Improvements when replacing new, stock pads have been observed between 7-10C.

I moved my EVGA 3080ti FTW3 into a Hyte Y60 case. Despite fitting the parameters listed on Hyte's website, my temps were throttling at EVGA's default temp of 83°C while playing Dying Light 2 on max settings. I put new paste and replaced all the pads with these pads. Temps went down to 78-80°C which is fine for a hot card like this one. Great value. ... show more

  • Perfect for my Zotac RTX 3090 Trinity OC

I used these pads to replace the stock pads on my GPU. One pack was enough for both the front and back vram. The vram temps used to hit 110°C while gaming. Now it stays 80-90°C range which is satisfactory for me. Use the 2.00mm pad for this particular Zotac gpu. My GPU no longer ramps up the fan speed randomly due to thermal throttling. *EDIT* The temps I listed are with my fans speed at 77% due to the cooling to noise factor. I'm sure if I ramped up my fan speed it would be a couple degrees cooler. ... show more

These are much drier than any other thermal pads. Can be made to fit EVGAs sizes but just very crumbly and powdery. If you bend it at all it will snap. Temps about 5c warmer all around. Definitely go with the grey ones they are normal and rubbery. Don't see these lasting more than 1 repaste

Repadded my RTX 3080 TUF pads on the VRAM mainly due to high temps during mining (105C). Repadding and some heatsink cleaning dropped VRAM temperatures to 85. My card was running 88C-90C when brand new on stock pads so these are definitely better than Asus factory pads. Note the Asus TUF uses different thickness on the backplate pads so I ended up not replacing them. ... show more

Choose well the thinkness you need. Those pads are much better than most but had to put in place and almost not compressible. Still recommended
