Why did you pick this product vs others?: My last resort on trying different ink cartridges before getting rid of this printer. A review was provided that this cartridge actually worked on his printer, so, I decided to try it. Printer compatibility: These cartridges actually worked on my HP ENVY 6455e. Tried several others after stopping my subscription with HP and these cartridges removed the error code and allowed me to use my printer.

Listing picture is misleading. Looks so much like HP's packaging. I thought that's what I was ordering. I'm going ahead and keeping the cartridges. Hopefully they will work well. I bought them as a gift for Father's Day. Seller needs to use a different picture.

The media could not be loaded. Initially, the installation process was straightforward. The cartridges are compatible with my HP printer without any problems. It only took me a few minutes to replace the old cartridges with the new ones, and the printer promptly recognized them. This effortless installation saved me time and allowed me to return to my work quickly. These ink cartridges have eclipsed my expectations for print quality. The black ink cartridge produces text that is precise and clear, while the tri-color ink cartridge produces colors that are vibrant and accurate. Regardless of whether I'm printing documents, photographs, or illustrations, the results are always exceptional. Even on glossy photo paper, the colors are vivid and true to life, and there is no smudging or discoloration. I can confidently state that the print quality is comparable to that of cartridges but significantly more costly. These cartridges are notable for their durability as well. Since I've been using them for a few weeks, there have been no indications of ink depletion. My printer accurately displays the ink levels, allowing me to monitor the remaining ink and plan accordingly. This has eliminated the vexing surprise of running out of ink in the midst of a crucial print task.

***05/29/24 - Other new findings on how the cartridges are working since I bought them. I have printed a considerable amount of pages since my last review and I noticed that the printouts can be streaky. I used two settings and one was for "best" print and the other was just "normal" on a specific document that had different shades of grey and black and white letterings within the 2 shades: It turned out that the "best" print option yielded a smooth printout, but the "regular" option showed vertical streaks every half inch in the 2 shades of black and grey. I tried to test the printout with the printer's software and it didn't seem to know that I was using a Generic Brand. It actually said that I was using the Brand, itself. That was puzzling. So in actuality, the Generic Brand fooled the printer to believe that it was the Name Brand. The majority of the printouts have been pretty okay, it's just those 2 shades of black and grey using the "normal" option that gave me pause about the quality of the Black cartridge because of the multiple streaks on the whole areas of shading. The Color cartridge has not shown any issues as yet, so it is mostly the Black cartridge that has some issues. ************************************************************************************ I've printed about 5 times since inserting these new cartridges and am surprised at how easy the process works and exactly the same as the Name Brand HP Cartridges. The quality of the printouts look genuine with no telltale signs of being different from the Name Brand cartridges. Very happy with this purchase and the price is unbelievably nice for me.

I have an HP 2755 it will not work in it, forced to give it a one-star but I feel like it's more of a problem with HP than these ink cartridges. HP products are designed to steal as much money from you as possible. Please report any problems you have with an hp printer to the FTC (federal trade commission) takes a few minutes but you'll help people like me from wasting a lot of money buying generic ink because it's the better cheaper price then hp cartridges "runout" after a set amount of time even if they're not empty and have never been used. Update: they rectified partial payment
