Had it a little over 4 months now and it works great. Its lowest voltage is 4.5 which is perfect for the stipple shading I do!!! Only issue I have is there's no an option to buy just the battery pack, u have to buy a whole new machine for one...other that that it's amazing for the price!!! Edit: hava had the machine since March and it has worked great until yesterday... while I was tattooing the power button jammed....and when I tried to fix it the panel came of a long with the power button and voltage button... Seems to be that the glue that held the panel tight gave out..... Other that that it is still a great machine, just wish they sold the batteries by themselves so I don't have to buy a whole new machine. ... show more

It's not what I expected, no jump start feature but I will say the battery holds a good charge, 6 hours still was half full.it is a loose fit . Easily comes off when trying to adjust the pen not a really snug fit Alil barrier film to hold it in place..I swapped the 4.0 for a 3.5, hit good lasted the sessions. Does the job ... show more
