Been using this beast for about a year now. Love the feel of it. Little vibration and very smooth with its line work. Expected that from direct drive. Was a little hesitant on the shading but those fears were gone as soon as I seen how easily it does the task. Love using it for color packing as well. This is an all around great machine that doesn't break your wallet and so far has lasted me. The battery life is great and with ordering the kit you'll get the RCA top as well as another grip in a different size, 2 batteries, an a nice carry case for it. Hasn't had issues with any cartridge I've used in it so far and very easy to clean and maintain. I couldnt recommend this machine enough. Great for any skill level.

received the machine yesterday and used it on my first appointment. I was concerned with weight, but it was a non-issue for me. Loved the larger grip and the machine felt very balanced and not at all heavy. Maybe people got caught up on a number and panicked. The 41mm grip alone is worth 5 stars. No need to wrap it larger. Lines amazing, as a direct drive should. I was little nervous about soft shading with a 4mm stroke direct drive....but it worked out great. As long as it holds up to being a daily driver, it probably will be.

This machine malfunctioned several times within a couple months of using it. Now it won't run at all. I've reached out to XNET several times to resolve this issue and they keep asking for videos of the machine running. I'm tired of getting nowhere with customer service and this terrible warranty they claim to give you. I should be able to send it in to be serviced and that's it. I highly recommend you do NOT buy this machine. I'll never buy XNET again

So far so good! I know a lot of people don’t like the weight. I LOVE THE WEIGHT OF THIS MACHINE! It feels so solid. I haven’t had any problems with it at all. Lines great with smaller or larger groupings and packs color fantastically. I’m all about the Japanese motor! Blown away at the price of this. I have 1000 dollar machines I don’t like nearly as much. -25 year tattoo veteran.

Looks great, heavy but I feel like on purpose. Unfortunately the screen on my battery was cracked and was shipped the black one when I ordered the red, I could have lived with the color alone but the screen was a deal-breaker unfortunately. Will likely order again if I get the refund before the sale ends.
