Bought two boxes of these in July and loved them. I had just enough to place them where I wanted and was considering buying another box. However I have two that won’t stay on. I’ve replaced batteries with new ones twice and they work for a week or two and then no more. I tried to contact the seller via Amazon when the first one was broken by either a car or yard worker and asked if I could buy just one or two but got no response. I guess I’ll have to buy an additional box if I want it to look right. Disappointing because they look really great when they are lit. Update: I never had any contact from a representative of this company. However, I did receive a brand new box of these lights a couple days ago. It was a nice surprise, especially since I have an additional light that keeps going out now. That makes a total of 3, so I'm going to make use of the extras in the future. I'm giving them a 4 rating because some of the lights have been reliable and the customer service is better than I was expecting. ... show more

I ordered two different styles, one was a 6 pack of white lights and the other a 6 pack of color changing lights, these lights are of very good quality and worth the cost. Last throughout the night and very attractive. One of my color changing lights did not work and customer service responded to me immediately and are going to send me another whole new set of lights immediately, such kind and attentive customer service and great quality products, you can really tell the difference between these and other cheaper lights, I'm so glad I went with these. ... show more

The first set we received did not include the ground stakes or the mounting shafts. We contacted XMCOSY customer service via email. They were extremely responsive. We emailed them the order info and pics to verify. They dispatched a replacement set right away using expedited shipping. We had the replacement set, with stakes and shafts, within 4 days of contacting them. Very satisfied. UPDATED REVIEW. The winter sun has a definite efect on solar pathway lights but these stay on as long and as bright as any solar light I have seen. The lights are metal, not cheap plastic and that is good. When the lights are on, they are great, although, as previously stated, they are not on as long into the night as I would wish with the lessening autumn sun and the shorter days. That is to be expected. However, let me tell you that XMCOSY is one of the best sellers that I have purchased from in my Amazon history. I received two sets of lights (12 lights) and one would not turn off. When I contacted XMCOSY they immediately replaced the defective light. The lights on the low setting are on for 12 hours (all night). This is beyond my expectations. I am completely satisfied. Their customer service is EXCELLENT.
