Shipping was fast and I received all the boxes within a week of each other. I finished putting the set together today and as I was putting the finishing touches on the fire table - I opened the box of tiles and noticed that two of the four tiles were broken in the box :( I do not know how to get a hold of customer service to see what can be done about this. I am hoping they will read this review and reach out to me to replace the two broken tiles. Other than that, the set does take a while to put together, but the end results (minus the 2 tiles) are well worth it. If you are looking for a reasonably priced set of patio furniture, this is it. As others have mentioned, it comes in four boxes, but they may not all show up on the same day. Don't panic - be patient! The boxes are quite large and quite heavy. As cautioned on the cartons, DO NOT open the boxes with a box cutter. You risk slicing into a cushion. Once opened, I was impressed with the packaging. All of the parts were well protected, either wrapped or bagged. The instructions are a bit sparse, but if you look at all of the pictures and assemble accordingly everything goes together quite easily. As the instructions mention, do not fully tighten any one item until you have all of the screws in. The parts include a hex wrench, but you my find it easier to use a T-handled hex or a powered screwdriver with a hex (CAUTION - do not over tighten with a power screwdriver or drill!). Total assembly time for the sofa, two chairs, two ottomans, the fire pit and the table was about five hours. I went slow, so I would not have to re-do anything. I was impressed with the sturdiness of the final product. The cushions are comfortable. They are more on the firm side versus plush / soft, but certainly not objectionable and in the long run will likely hold up better than a mushy soft cushion. I would say this set is quite a value, well designed and would recommend this product. ... show more

Beautiful Set! It was a little difficult to assemble because some of the boltsdidn’t line up with the holes. I recommend that you start all the bolts before tightening them all the way. Fabric seems to be a very good quality. Very please with my purchase. Boxes arrived over two seperate days. So don’t panic if everything doesn’t arrive the first day. ... show more

Furniture is great. Not to terribly difficult to assemble, it definitely took me and my husband together though. Seems to hold up well so far from weather and pollen. The fire pit was missing when the set came,‘and the company was very responsive and sent it immediately. Then two of the tiles on the top didn’t fit properly, and they immediately sent replacement.
