Why did you pick this product vs others?: These are solid chairs. Directions are a bit difficult to get started but it’s easy enough to figure out. The only issue I have is that fedex absolutely destroyed the box. Bot seat bases needed to be re-secured with new screws because they were all bent and ripped out. The box was mangled and I was missing 4 bolts and washers. Nothing a quick trip to the hardware store couldn’t fix.

We received this item. The screws did not fit the holes, it had missing pieces and the foot step is super lose. We tried to return it, Amazon said it’s up to the seller, we called a week letter to file a claim, put on hold for 2 hours, filed again and still nothing. $250 down the drain. Update— they said throw out the item and Amazon will refund. Still haven’t received refund.
