We are really happy with this set! Was nervous to purchase with only a couple reveiws, but I liked the style and versatility of the ottomans for tables and/or extra seating. We are glad we went with it! Easy to assemble, but having our own tools made the job quicker. Packed great, came a week earlier than expected. It just sat in a rain shower and the water beaded right up on the cushions like advertised. It's only our first day of use, but it's comfortable, stylish and we couldn't be happier. Hoping it will last for a long time. Update: After a gentle rain, the cushions hold up well. But, after a downpour, the seat cushions (not the back ones or the ottoman cushions) were soaked through. Literally dripping when picked up. They felt dry to the touch on the surface, but upon further investigation, when I picked one up to see how the whole cushion did in the rain, water just came pouring out. I had to remove the covers on all five of them and squeeze the water out of the cushions. This is my first set of furniture with pillows, and I always wondered if the "waterproof" label actually meant it. We still love the set, super comfy and looks great, and the covers still look fine. A good dry out in the hot sun should do the trick. But, we'll definitely make an effort to bring the pillows in when rain is in the forecast. ... show more

Packages did arrive on two different days. On the first chair we installed the legs early because of reviews and when we unwrapped the legs wrapped in shrink wrap found one leg busted but weird thing was we never found the busted piece in the package or any where? We're assuming it was packaged busted. No big deal we'll send it back and get a new one but as we're just about done with the last piece of the set which was to assemble the arm, we find the back of the chair did not have one of the threaded holes to assemble the arm. Everything was put on hold until it arrives one week later now in this day of 1-2 day shipping why should it take a week to resolve this mistake? Speaking of that it took two weeks for the replacement leg to arrive but it was packaged exceptionally well, which was very much appreciated!! If you get everything delivered without any problems or broken, this set is fantastic!! It's very comfortable and everyone that comes to visit enjoys sitting on it and having a few drinks. We would purchase it again but with crossed fingers as we opened it and started assembly. That's why we rated it 3 stars. ... show more

As with other reviews, the chairs are quite sturdy once fully assembled. The color is quite beautiful. The assembly is straightforward with the instruction attached in the shipment. All the parts came in exact numbers with a few extra spare parts should you need more. Just pay attention to the washer hole diameter as there are a few with slightly larger inner diameter. Separate out the parts and count them. It will make the assembly process very smooth. One of the part was slightly bent when arrived, which made tightening the screw a bit difficult. Fortunately with some adjustment, it worked out good without having to ask for replacement. So far two adults have tried sitting on the large 3-person long chair, and the frame as well as the chair legs have held up quite sturdy. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase and may consider adding a table to complete the patio setup. ... show more

We love, love, love this set. Good colors, sturdy, and luckily comfortable as well. Arrived quickly but in two separate deliveries two days apart. Assembly is much easier if you have the right tools. We highly suggest a socket wrench and drill, or you'll spend unwanted hours with the simple wrench supplied. Also, after putting together a chair, we found that it is actually better to put the feet on first, especially if you want to use a power drill and a low setting to tighten. But, please note - in the bag of screws and washers - they ALL look the same unless you have x-ray vision. Note that there are some silver-ish washers - hard to tell between the copperish washers if you are not in the right light - but they are the ones you need for the legs! This little tidbit is not in the directions. The other washers won't fit the legs, and we didn't know this until we got toward the end and realized we'd already used the silver washers and they were all tightened in. A couple people working together, using power tools, and remembering that assembly is never FUN, but the set will be Amazing, will make it through assembly in a few hours. We also chose not to put the sticky velcro on the stool pillows in case we ever want to turn them over and don't want to have a sticky gooey mess on one side. We also ordered a cantilever umbrella and gas fire pit to round out the set. Very happy to have backyard comfort. Highly recommend. ... show more

I was so hesitant to order this set, because at the time I ordered it only had 2 reviews. They were very positive - but I don't usually order when there are less than 100 reviews. Plus the company didn't have the greatest overall rating. But I took a chance and boy am I glad I did. It arrived almost a week earlier than expected in two boxes - one day apart. Luckily I had read that in reviews of other patio furniture sets, so I wasn't alarmed. Everything was packed great and it arrived in perfect condition with all the parts. The assembly instructions - really just pictures - were not very clear, but once you figure it out, it's pretty easy. The hardest part was putting the peg legs/feet on. Ugh, those peg legs took forever to tighten! It probably would have gone quicker with a proper wrench. But my daughter and I put the whole set together in one day. She and a group of friends are now sitting on it in our backyard as I type this. I sat on it for about 15 minutes this afternoon and it was very comfortable. It looks just like it's shown. Very pretty! So - for day one - I give it a 5! I'll try to add a photo to this review at some point. ... show more
