First of all, the shipping was good. It came over multiple days. It was packaged well and no damage. The assembly did have some issues. I was not overly impressed with the directions. I have seen worse. The fire pit and sofa went well. But the two chairs had some issues. The bolts were not of the best quality as some of them easily were stripped. I used my drill rather than the allen wrench they offered. But some many of the holes in the chairs had welds that covered part of it up that caused issues with the bolts. I had to drill them out and work the bolts in. I live on the coast of Oregon coast so we will see how they hold up in the salty air and our weather. I will update if there are any issues. The directions were fairly straightforward. I would recommend dividing up the screws ahead of time. It’s easy to mix the sizes up. And as numerous people have said-save tightening the screws until the end. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase!

Great patio set! Don't be afraid to purchase, very nice quality furniture and wonderful cushions! Putting it together took some time, but remember that there are five pieces of furniture! Received all three packages in two, put all together in one day, awesome furniture and beautiful set, but just one thing I haven’t received my fire pit, and it’s been three days since I got the last two packages, how many days do you think I should wait, before contacting others

We received 3 of 6 pieces so far- went through Amazon to try to contact seller- only way… I will update after we know if we will get the rest or not. The sofa and ottomans- super easy to assemble- leave all screws finger tightened until they are all in. Cushions great! Love the high back on the sofa!
