I bought this item based on some other reviews, the attractive price and the cool retro styling. I am impressed by the QUALITY and functionality. I can extract a lot of flavor from less coffee than other machines I owned. The build and materials are substantial. It feels luxury. The directions included are clear and correct. I have owned Keurig machines that didn't deliver like this one does. It is quiet during brewing. The steam/frothing is pretty much like others so expect some sound. As they explain, you get some thin jets of water while it builds steam pressure, so I just use a separate cup to draw that off until it's sputtering. This avoids watering-down the milk. But it gives me EXCELLENT cappuccinos from the robust, crema-laden shots of coffee. Incredibly nice unit. REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS!

Amazing machine for the price. Espresso drips nice and smooth, making for a velvety crema. The milk frother works at high pressure and temp, making the milk perfect for your latte/capuccino/ macchiato, etc. noise level is a little high at first during first couple of brews, but that is normal since the water line has to be bled and all the air needs to come out. This small machine is powerful and sturdy, with a nice weight and sleek design for small spaces. The machine material is durable and all metal parts are of high quality. Love love love this expression machine for my tractor trailer.

Good value for the money. My only concern is that it doesn't seem to put out much volume of liquid. Maybe 1-2 oz is the standard for espresso shots but it seems like a lot of work for such a small amount of liquid. The taste is great, however, it's easy to use and clean. Size doesn't take up too much room on the counter. I use it when I need caffeine quickly and don't have time to make and sit there drinking a whole mug of regular strength coffee. I'm too lazy to steam the milk usually for a hot latte, so I usually just put regular milk and ice. It heats up quickly and is ready to make coffee before I even have the grounds prepared. Holds quite a bit of water so you're not constantly having to refill the water compartment. Overall I'm satisfied.

Quick, quiet and perfect quality espresso. Absolutely love this machine, it’s very easy to use and does an excellent job all around. So far it’s worked perfectly for my morning cappuccino. I was very impressed with how little noise it makes and how fast it gets up to temperature.
