My husband and son installed today over dining room table and I used 60 watt Edison bulbs, so it is very bright! It has a great farmhouse style and goes great with French country decor also. It is so beautiful! Totally brings our dining room together, but after my husband and I got it up we realized the bottom corner screw top broke off! So we can’t even add a screw to fix it! We searched the box and bag it came in and no screw top. So now we are trying to come up with solutions to keep the metal frame connected. Remodeling our kitchen lighting and after weeks of researching and looking for the right light we decided to go with this one. I am SO glad we did. Pros 1. Compared to others similar it was a good buy. 2. Aesthetically pleasing. Cons 1. We didn’t want to have it hang down very far from the ceiling. For that to happen you have to take apart several of the pieces that don’t seem to come apart easy. You have to be careful as to not scratch the metal poles when taking it apart to. What we did is took apart the top and bottom piece of the main extended rod and added it to the smallest extended rod (which you had to untwist from another one). It was a little complicated but your average person can easily do it. Overall very pleased with this purchase. Even more happy to finally have it done!!! ... show more
