Hey Dude insoles made my feet a bit hot, which is unusual for me. Took them out, replaced them with these. Bought the men’s version as women’s were too small. While I would not call them super-breathable, they are somewhat, and are absolutely better than what comes with the shoes. Price was in-line, so am using them for all my sporty shoes.

VERY COMFORTABLE REPLACEMENTS FOR YOUR HEY DUDE SHOES !! Only had to trim a little to have them fit my size 11 shoes. They are very very comfortable and feel way better than the originals. Will buy again as needed and recommend them to family and friends.

I didnt think these were going to be so comfortable but the are! I have very picky and sensitive feet and I need as much cushioning in my shoes as possible. I originally bought these for my hubby but ended up keeping one pair for myself and I'm so happy I did. When you buy a new pair of sneakers or boots, take the cheap shoe pad out and exchange them for a pair of these, your feet will thank you in the long run! Will continue to buy them as long as nothing changes!

This is the second order of these insoles. I ordered the first set for myself they fit so well I ordered my husband some. He is extremely satisfied with them So am I. I highly recommend these insoles if you want to extend the life of some of your most favorite / comfortable shoes. I wish I found them sooner.
