Once you can learn all the configuration terminology this becomes one of the most in depth and customizable xims you could own. Price point matches quality. I also had some issues figuring out reticle calibration and reached out to the seller, who responded to my questions same day and provided a very in depth guide covering any questions or issues I might run into with the particular game. 10/10 customer service I would refer to the “XIM MATRIX user guide” website online if you’re wondering how anything works inside the software or where to find a particular setting, as that helped me a lot as well.

This is without a doubt the largest piece of junk I have ever used. I will clarify and say maybe it's just not good for the xBox Series X. I know people use it, because I get killed all the time with it, and I only purchased this to try and level the playing field against the cheaters. Big mistake. First, it would only stay connected about half the time, and I was using a wired, official xBox controller. I would have to unplug and plug it in several times because it would not stay connected. Second, the developers are probably patting themselves on the back because of how over-engineered this thing is. It does have a robust level of customization and programming options, but you need a degree from MIT to work this thing. I had to spend hours, HOURS, just to try and figure out a way to make it work with its endless calibration and customization menus. I can't stand a product that makes you go to third party sites, like Redit, just to figure out how to it work. I just gave up. The most frustrating part was the constant disconnection of the controller. I know people who use it for PC and PS, but I just don't think this is good for the xBox. Would be really nice if was just a plug and play device without all the nonsense.
