Description

I used the XIM Matrix for the first time, but I can't connect to the Manager application. What should I do? 1.The XIM MATRIX and XIM MATRIX Manager must be the same version. 2.Make sure that Bluetooth permission is enabled on the device you are using with the Manager app. (Some PCs may need to purchase a separate Bluetooth receiver.) I want to update the XIM Matrix firmware, but my PC can't recognize it. What should I do? If you are having trouble upgrading the firmware on your PC, try the following troubleshooting steps: 1.Restart your PC. 2.Try a different USB port on your PC. 3.Try a different USB cable. 4.Boot in safe mode. 5.Try a different PC. The beta app is full and I cannot install it. Beta builds are optional - the public release always works. iOS beta slots are capped by Apple and fill up quickly, and XIM cannot remove testers. Use the public release, or run Manager on Android or a PC. It will not connect to my PS5. What should I check? Connect your PS5 via LAN, Disable any PIN on your PSN account, disable auto-login, confirm Settings/Network shows Wired, and fully restart your PS5. XIM and PS5 do not have to share a router, but it is recommended. Is there a subscription or any paid feature? No. XIM is completely free to use - no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no paid unlocks. Firmware, app updates, new game support, Config Cloud and technical support are all free, permanently. Why am I experiencing input lag or disconnects on my PS5? For PS5 gaming, XIM Matrix utilizes the Remote Play protocol.     • Don't waste your time and money...........
This is without a doubt the largest piece of junk I have ever used. I will clarify and say maybe it's just not good for the xBox Series X. I know people use it, because I get killed all the time with it, and I only purchased this to try and level the playing field against the cheaters. Big mistake. First, it would only stay connected about half the time, and I was using a wired, official xBox controller. I would have to unplug and plug it in several times because it would not stay connected. Second, the developers are probably patting themselves on the back because of how over-engineered this thing is. It does have a robust level of customization and programming options, but you need a degree from MIT to work this thing. I had to spend hours, HOURS, just to try and figure out a way to make it work with its endless calibration and customization menus. I can't stand a product that makes you go to third party sites, like Redit, just to figure out how to it work. I just gave up. The most frustrating part was the constant disconnection of the controller. I know people who use it for PC and PS, but I just don't think this is good for the xBox.
