I read some great reviews on the scale, and I have to say the app is really buggy, the scale takes time to turn on… the info is interesting but the process is very time consuming in the morning.

This scale and it's Misfit app is really good for people that is looking to track their weight loss and learn about self physical health information like BMI (although I'm not sure how it tracks data beyond weight or if it's accurate). However there are a couple of issues apon using it: Pretty often when stepping on the scale it often registers the incorrect scale (usually always adds 3 to 3.9 lbs.) and requires to be stepped on multiple times to zero it out to get the correct weight. With these kinds of scales I'd expect it to work at least most of the time. I'd recommend taping on it with your foot to let it turn on and zero out everytime before putting your full body weight on it to get accurate data. Also the app doesn't always connect and sync properly. Your supposed to have the app open and then it will auto detect when you step on the scale to record the weight. This doesn't always work so again you must stepp multiple times not just to get the correct data, but to also make sure it connects as well. The good part is that it can always be put in manually which is completely fine by me, but for those who care about this, this is definitely something to note. Just make yourself a favor and disregard the body composition metrics. It is an ok scale, it does its job, but the body composition numbers are a joke.

It looks like the description. My friend has one and said they offer an app with more information when you check your weight, but I haven’t downloaded that yet.

The scale works fine, but the software sucks, it has some connection issues after major update to Zepp life from Mi Fit, overall the software got worse after update The algorithm is also making nonsense, it keeps telling me I have less water in my body no matter how much I drink and I don't have enough muscle etc, but in fact I'm pretty athletic. I guess the software didn't track my sports so it assumed I didn't workout at all, once I brought Mi Band while doing cardios it starts to get different results on that scale... So the scale couldn't measure your actual body results but an estimate based on an algorithm ... show more
