Even without the chuck installed, the rotary tabletop has so much wobble that you might as well hold the part in your hand. It will visually wobble on its axis. Worthless junk. There is zero value for the money if it cannot hold a part steady from ANY pressure.

1. Shipping; this took much longer to arrive than i’m used to from items purchased from Amazon. Although it arrived in the estimated window, a 1.5week delivery for something supposedly in stock is not up to par. 2. Packaging; suitable for international shipping. Item could have been better protected within the box, however, no dings or indications if damage. The box however emitted a very fowl odor when opened. So much so, i had to take it outside to finish unboxing. Not sure what the deal is; perhaps old preservative oil smell? 3. Instruction Manual; none arrived with the box. Looked at the packing slip, and nothing. It’s cool…it’s 2022 and YouTube videos abound (not very many actually). 4a Product Quality; Rotary Table Controls: Still not clear on assembly since no manual was furnished. I put it together best i could and actuated the mechanism. The large table dial worked smoothly in the clockwise rotation, but very gritty and roughly in the counterclockwise rotation. 4b. Product quality; The jaws dont close on center with all three touching…kind of a big miss! Furthermore, the chuck is numbered as are the jaws indicating they aren’t interchangeable. However, 2 out of 3 jaws have exactly the same numbers. They are each labeled “1” and “3” on opposite sides. I attempted swapping “1” and “3” or is it “1” and “1” but to no avail. In summary, 1. My purchase experience was not up to Amazon standards. 2. The product appears defective. Will be contacting seller to return this item. 3. I’m still in meed of a self centering 3 jaw chuck. ... show more

1) The machining seems good, flats are accurate and base seems square 2) The three jaw chuck closes perfect and is quite solid but mounting is a pain, it would appear to have a snap ring in order to separate and access the cap heads easier but the holes to mount the chuck to the rotary table are obscured by the chuck itself, would rate higher if mounting chuck to table was easier 3) Half degree of backlash on mine, will open and see if that can be fixed but minor 4) Not sure if this is intended but the 0 markings do not line up with the slots on the table, what I mean is that with the table mounted on my mill so work is parallel to the mill bed I expected the table slots to be parallel/perpendicular to the bed but when slots on rotary table are parallel/perpendicular to my mill bed, the zero actually falls around 10-11 degrees, again this might be correctable after I disassemble and check if it can be realigned, but I expected to have t-slots perpendicular/parallel by which the workpiece would be clamped in relation to those and the table angle read 0, 90, 180…instead it’s 10-11 degrees, at the 0 mark…Yes, yes I know I can clamp to the table to correct for that offset and maybe some actual machinist can explain the significance of 10 degrees if any, or perhaps who cares since most might use it where the rotary table face is perpendicular to the Z axis, and even more yes I know it’s $120 rotary table but still…one less star. If I can clean up the backlash and the zero, would be 5 just because the chuck seems very precise and spot on, as good or better than my stock lathe vise ... show more

Its the perfect size for my Little Machine Shop 3990 mill… the only reason i gave 4 stars was because it had a little backlash in the dial… noting that will make it inoperable at all.. just some reviews said no backlash but mine did
