This scale seems to be really accurate and looks great while it's at it. There are a couple of things I learned setting up mine that I hope will helps others. 1. If you have carpet in the area where you want to use your scale, I highly recommend you get a board the same size as the scale to set it on. Otherwise, the feet of the scale mush into the carpet and make it look like you weigh less (20 pounds less in my case) While this is great for a confidence boost, it will be heartbreaking when you weigh somewhere else later. 2. I had some trouble getting the bluetooth connected to my phone (and I think it was my fault) I went to bluetooth and paired with the scale before I downloaded the app or anything and then the app was having trouble seeing the scale. To fix this, I went to bluetooth and disconnected the scale and restarted my phone. Then we I went to the app, it was immediately able to connect with the scale. The app calculates more information than just your weight. You can see all the things in my photos and also, each of those items expands out and gives an explanation of what it is. I recommend this scale if you're serious about having a decent scale that tells you more than your weight and health.

A few years back I lost 90lbs using a Fitbit smart scale and dieting well. I loved competing with my own stats. I eventually plateaued and gained about 40lbs back. I’ve been wanting to lose that weight again and wanted something to really give me some hard stats. This thing measures so much and you can see even the tiniest daily gains in protein, muscle, hydration, weight, fat contents. Wildly detailed and great at immersing you in the grind for gains. I’ve shared some of my current screen grabs so you can see what it’s measuring and how it looks. Not stats I’m proud of, but you can see progress made in the last two weeks has already started showing good improvement. The scale itself is small, which is great because I bring with me to my fiancé’s house so she can watch her own stats as well. It’s very lightweight. The scale itself doesn’t give you information, it just feeds right into the app. So the app itself has to be reviewed as part of this, since it’s essential. You download and sign up for free. It’s not the same app as the FitTrack watch uses, which is weird to me. I’ve had no issues with stability of the app or with the Bluetooth connection for the scale. You can see the app can track progress by day, week, month, and year and show you charts of the movement. Each individual stat is trackable with its own chart. Bottom line, the tech is mind blowing. If you want motivation look at the bad stats it can give you. It rated my metabolic age 7 years older than I am. I’m not going to stop pushing till it’s 7 years younger than my age. Amazing buy.

Bought in Jan of 2022. Was stable until the middle of June 2023. My app would erase the last captured data. I use weekly reports off the app to help my workout routines so it's important to see what kind of progress I have made. But it all just goes away after I close the app. The scale stays connected, the app looks like it is functioning, but it does not populate any data from the prior read. After weighing in for the day, the data would be captured and displayed. I would let the app sit open for a bit, make sure the it was functional/internet connected. and see if it just needed more time to transmit/store data. Nope. End of June, contacted customer support via website. Wouldn't let me log in, said password was wrong, initiated password retrieval, no email came. initiated a 2nd one after 6 hours (still hasn't shown up 20 days later). Decided to contact via the chat on the website. Initiated chat, put in que for agent. 12 hours later at 3am the agent responded. 12 hours later. at 3am. So I obviously was unable to connect with them. Agent ends help chat. Move to email. Customer support email is on website. Send email July 1st. Get a response in 15 minutes. Basically saying 'sorry' and 'passing along to engineering'. Waited til July 9th to ask for an update or if they need any manual assistance to troubleshoot on my end. No response. I've been manually writing down all the measurements and plugging into an excel sheet so i can track the readings since the app does not hold data. Until this morning. It won't even capture data from the scale. Troubleshooted wtit app reinstall, scale reconnection, etc.... I hardly even get an error message when the data info transfer fails. Nothing. Not even a single scale read is displayed/recorded/captured. Emailed customer service today AGAIN. Seriously, this thing lasted almost 18 months before being an expensive paperweight. And the lack of response or checking in from customer service makes this whole company feel like a scam. It worked great but not for long. Dead stop. My 5 star rating is now a 1. I'm livid.

This is definitely nice to have if you can afford to pay a little more for a fancy scale. It’s stylish and works perfectly for simply telling you your weight. As far as all the other measurements, it’s a mixed bag. Thing like BMI and Body Fat percentage are useful to know and seem to move up and down appropriately. Other things, however, never seem to move at all and I wonder if they are actually even being measured. My body water never changes for instance, even after a long run. Other things like Bone Mass and a Weight Without Fat are neat to know once, but then are never really relevant again. Honestly after a few months I really only look at my weight and body fat percentage. One thing I do like is that if you take your weight several times in the same day, it’s gives you the average on your history weight chart. Overall happy with my purchase

Edited to say I’m stupid and so are my friends... I figured it out today 😂 and am in love with this scale and beyond impressed I was so excited :( I really wanted this to work, I thought I was going to truly love it! But I don’t :( We’ve had 4 college educated adults try and connect this to Bluetooth and troubleshoot the whole scale even and it’s day 3 of the Bluetooth feature not connecting or attempting to connect on any devices that other Bluetooth devices works perfectly on.... so since it doesn’t even work we now just have a very expensive digital scale.

We have used this product since October of 2020, and have enough experience with it to give a review. The short version is that we can give this product a five-star review and I have had high standards in reviewing products. The price was competitive, and the scale was accurate. I compared the FitTrack scale with another scale that proved to be accurate. Usually, they read the same, and occasionally there was up to a 1 lb difference. Besides measuring weight the scale also measures the following: Weight – Accurate to +/- 300grams BMI (body mass index) BFP (body fat percentage) Muscle rate (percentage) Body water (percentage) – Maintain optimal levels of hydration every day Bone mass – Discover your body’s foundational composition BMR (basal metabolic rate) Protein rate Metabolic age Visceral fat index Subcutaneous fat Standard weight – Ideal weight Weight control – The difference between your actual and standard weight) Fat mass – Get a clearer picture of your overall health Weight without fat Muscle mass – Understand if you’re losing fat, gaining strength, or both Protein mass The BMI is interesting in that when comparing the results with a caliper measurement they were in an acceptable range. I am not a fan of the BMI measurement because in my experience in the military our percentage of fat for our group was 10% +/- 1%, and using the BMI measurement it showed us as obese, or at minimum overweight. I did not research how well this worked today with the very physically fit person. Depending on what your personal goals are be it weight or other health goals this product does an excellent job of tracking measurement that may be of concern to you. This is a product that I can support without reservation within the guidelines of this report.

This product is so awesome that I often hate it because it makes me depressed and causes me to cry. It's like going to the doctor's office and being told the truth no matter how it makes you feel. It breaks down what is going on with your body and gives you specifics to work on. The problem with this product is me. I do love how it lets you know about your health without lying. It told me that my body is 16 years older than what I am. If you don't want to know the truth about your health, don't bother purchasing this product. It's a Great product and everyone should have one in their home.
