I use the RX 9060 XT in a living room HTPC running SteamOS and it’s great for that. I have yet to run into any games with VRAM issues, even when outputting 1440p to a 4K TV. The only game that's problematic is Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, which I’m fairly sure is a SteamOS/Proton optimization issue rather than a hardware limit. It runs great for what is essentially a homemade Steam Machine. It's reliable, quiet and stays cool. I've been playing a lot of Crimson desert on it lately at max settings 1440p fsr quality or 1080p no fsr (no raytracing or frame gen enabled). 60+fps. ... show more

I upgraded the GPU in my main computer due to replacing and buying a better monitor. I needed a GPU that would take advantage of the monitor. I bought the XFX Swift AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT OC White Gaming Edition with 8GB GDDR6 GPU. I already had two Radeon cards that cost less. This GPU is the best one I have bought is best price I found for this GPU. I looked up best performance settings and printed a list of settings to change. So, one was AMD Smart Access Memory. Checked it and I thought not an option to change. Later with this new card I put the pointer over the "?" by the option and get that to enable have to change settings in the BIOS. Advance Menu, PCI Subsystem Settings. Select 4GB Decoding and Re-Size Bar Support Enable and Auto are the options. Save BIOS and reboot. Reason? Enabling Above 4G Decoding and Resizable BAR Support in your BIOS/UEFI changes how your CPU and GPU communicate over the PCIe bus, and can improve performance on modern graphics cards. This card was gaming at 1440 at 80 in Starfield. From Low to High is in the 100-200 fps range and looks gorgeous even at Low settings. Though it’s 8GB it’s fast RAM and full 16 lanes so it can dump memory very fast. The 16GB is great but the 8GB just makes you adjust visual settings but if you can’t game above 60 most times at Medium settings then get 16GB. But this card can do 1080 & 1440 with visuals slightly better than a PS5. When I get 16GB it will be a 9070xt. What the 9060xt is works for both 8/16. It’s basically a 7700xt. Compre la ultima que se publico almenos de este modelo para enviar a Colombia, cuando volví ya no se podía comprar. Bueno mi experiencia es que para 1080p que es para lo que se hace la denominación 60 de la graficas y el 90 el ser su generación es una grafica bastante solida dando 100-150 fps en titulos como need for speed en max settings, me hace preguntarme por el disgusto de que esta grafica no logre 1440p en su versión de 8gb lo que si puede ser un problema seria los cargos de importacion que tiene amazon que son otros 50 dolares entonces estoy pagando lo mismo por menos pero eso no quita lo feliz que me pone tener porfin una grafica ... show more

Does what it should for the price. I was concerned that it wouldn't be much of a boat over my rx580.i was wrong. I'm getting benchmarks only 1% below rtx 3050 on this card. It looks great with my all white case & with overclocking it's been a beast. Best part! No Nvidia driver issues. 🤣

Frequently (2-3 times a day) the drivers will fail and cause the game graphics to crash, or sometimes the whole PC's graphic environment. Usually just requires restarting the game, but sometimes I even have to restart my entire PC. The temperature readings never say I'm close to overheating, and I'm using a 650W power supply, but the error messages I get when the crashes occur always reference the drivers, so that's where I'm laying fault. it looked great but after 4-5 days it just failed on me it just that every time i minimized my screen froze and crashed the game entirely and for the price i can buy a 16gb rtx not worth the purchase.
