  • No More WACOM. This is My Favorite Tablet Display
Size: Pen Display 24
This thing ain't no joke. For decades, Wacom has been the go-to drawing tablet/display, but this thing beats every Wacom product I've ever owned. Granted, my last Wacom Displays (Cintiq 22 circa 2015 and Cintiq 16 circa 2019) are now outdated, so I can't make a reliable comparison to their current products. But I can confidently say this: This display is not an "off brand" and should be regarded as a top-of-the-line alternative to Wacom. At a much more affordable price, I promise you are not compromising quality. This is my favorite tablet display I've ever used since I started digitally painting in 2005. I've used the Huion Kamvas Pro 24 (which, by the way, is a great budget option--it doesn't hold a candle to Xencelabs however), the XP-Pen 24 4k and various other budget tablets. This demolishes all of them. Everything about this display is incredible--the build quality, the display quality, the materials, the design, the performance and the driver software are all absolutely incredible. Drawing on this just feels natural. The antiglare surface almost feels silky, and the responsiveness of the pen is--I don't know how else to put this--luxurious. The pen calibration is spot-on and I've never had to adjust the default settings. The driver software is comprehensive and easy to use. It gives me every option I need and the custom display options (brightness, contrast, gamma and color) are in-depth and allow for minor refinement. That said, the display has several color-space options built in, so unless you're finicky like me, you'll likely never need to make custom adjustments. The display comes with two pens: one with 3 buttons akin to the standard Wacom pen (except there's one more button which is neat), and a slimmer more minimalist pen without buttons. Both are comfortable, though only the larger pen has cushioning. The slimmer one is great for a light-weight feel and particularly useful if you're prone to accidentally clicking buttons, like me. That said, the slimmer pen can eventually cause some discomfort, but I've only experienced this after 6-8 hour sessions. The pens come in a beautiful, high-quality case with a ton of replacement nibs. Another aspect that I absolutely adore about this display is that there are no extra "quick key" buttons on the device itself; instead, a wireless key remote is provided and connects via a USB dongle that conveniently plugs directly into the display. As expected, the wireless remote is fully customizable in the software. As with everything with this device, the remote feels super well-made and without cheap materials. The remote and both pens conveniently snap onto the display. The device is near perfection minus minor drawbacks: The power display connects toward the bottom of the back of the unit, but the connector doesn't secure as well as I'd like. I haven't had an issue with it coming unplugged, but it sorta feels like it should plug farther into the power supply and wouldn't take much force to pull out. This could potentially be an issue on a sit/stand desk where the tension on the power cable changes. Again, I haven't had an issue. The USB C cable is, like everything else, durable and high quality. However, it is an L connector on one end, which I've connected to the display. The USB C input on the display is horizontally aligned and the cable bends more than I'd like when the display is adjusted at a flatter angle. No issues here either, however. The only other gripe I have is that the ability to switch screens within the software is a bit clunky and unintuitive compared to other tablets I've owned. It's likely that I need to learn about how this feature works, but it's not the easiest to navigate out-of-the-box. Summary: If you're on the fence about this display and are considering spending over a thousand dollars more on a Wacom, get off that fence right now. Not only is this tablet much cheaper, you are not sacrificing any quality by ditching Wacom. On the contrary, this tablet is by far--and I truly mean by far--the nicest drawing display I've ever had the pleasure of drawing on. GET IT. Forget the W. ... show more

  • Best Tablet I Have/Will Ever Own 😌
Size: Pen Display 24
You can customize the colors of the 3 circular buttons, which I LOVE because originally they were orange lol I set them to blue because I prefer it. You can also customize the buttons to do whatever you’d like them to do, or you can keep the default settings if you’d like to do that. The image quality on this thing is as amazing as my actual computer (I have an iMac desktop). It was easy to set up and install. It doesn’t take too long and comes with several set up chords so even if you have a windows computer, you can set it up using one of the sets of chords it comes with. As you can see in the included photos, there are many options for customization. There’s 2 different pens and you can switch the pressure sensitivity on both to suit your needs. You can even set the display to Portrait mode instead of landscape if you need to. They even have landscape and portrait modes but FLIPPED. They literally thought of so much when making this that I don’t even know what else I’d ask for from a tablet. It makes NO NOISE WHATSOEVER. I know it’s not smart but I even left it plugged in and turned on for several days to see if it would start making sounds and NOTHING. The thing is SILENT lol I love it. It didn’t overheat or anything. Even with several programs running at once. I’m talking like 10 tabs and 3 different softwares open. So, it’s amazing. Officially the best tablet I have ever owned. And probably will ever own. You can also use the virtual tablet mode. Recalibrate the pens if you need to. There’s SO MUCH to this thing. I’m able to use any of my software on my computer on it. It essentially operates like a second screen and I just drag stuff over to the screen. I even put YouTube up on it while I was doing assignments. It’s great. OH, one thing I will say is that while I put YouTube on it, the sound was coming from my actual computer as this tablet doesn’t have speakers on it. But it still fit my purposes just fine. The screen size is as big as my iMac if not bigger. Plenty of space to make art. It’s worth the money. I don’t feel robbed of even a dollar. Which is saying a lot because normally I’m hesitant to buy certain products. The writing ability of the pens is 1000/1000 okay? It’s literally perfect lol my signature has never looked so nice. I was seriously debating spending this much money on a tablet but I’m SO glad I did. It’s worth the money if anyone is thinking about getting one. The packaging was also 10/10. No scratches, no tears, no damages, it came perfectly in good condition. My delivery was delayed a day or so due to the delivery man thinking I wasn’t home but aside from that, I had no issues. The product itself is everything I’ve ever wanted and more 🩵 Thank you to the creators of this beautiful invention. Seriously. Thank you. ... show more

  • Absolutely the best graphic display tablet on the market
Size: Pen Display 24
Xencelabs thought of everything an artist, animator, sculpter, etc would ever need while working and they put it into this tablet. I've owned wacoms and huion tablets in the past but this thing kicks the pants off all of them. The 4k display is beautiful. The ability to move the hotkey remote around anywhere you want is so nice. The metal backing is perfect for attaching a vesa mounted arm to it and feels nice and sturdy. And its quiet as can be. I never EVER hear this thing. Needless to say, I'll be buying more of their products in the future! ... show more

  • Responsive with no issue with any 3D software
Size: Pen Display 24
I absolutely love this thing, upgrade from the 15.6 xp pen pro drawing tablet. Worth every single penny. The xp pen had issues with zbrush and wouldn't work at all for Maya, plus the texturing menu to damn small. So I sought after this upgrade and I don't regret it in any capacity the 4k screen is beautiful and the responsiveness of the pen amazing. You can customize the buttons on both pens which it comes with a thick and slim one. The controller with the OLED display Amazing allowing the ability for custom key far easier. The size makes it where substance painter is great vs the xp pen you can barely see any menus. 10/10 would highly recommend. ... show more
