The knives are razor-sharp, super sturdy, and just feel great in your hand. What I Love: Sharp and Durable – These knives cut through everything like butter. I’ve used them on meat, veggies, and even tough squash, and they handle it all with ease. The hammered finish also helps keep food from sticking, which is a nice touch. Comfortable Handles – The wooden handles feel really solid, and the full tang design gives them a nice balance. No slipping or awkward grip, even when cutting for a while. Awesome Storage Bag – The knife bag is way better than I expected. It’s well-made, holds all six knives, plus the poultry shears and honing steel, and even has extra pockets for other tools. Perfect for taking to BBQs or camping. What’s in the Set? The set includes an 8-inch chef knife, a 7-inch Santoku knife for chopping and mincing, a 7-inch Nakiri knife for slicing veggies, a 6.7-inch Serbian chef knife for tougher cuts, a 5.7-inch boning knife for trimming meat, and a 5-inch utility knife for smaller tasks. It also comes with poultry shears and honing steel, which is a nice bonus. Final Thoughts I’ve had expensive knife sets before, but this one outperforms them all. The media could not be loaded. This knife cuts great! It allows you to cut thick or thin slices. It’s very sharp. The knife fits well in your hand. It is sturdy even when wet. I was comfortable holding it without worrying about cutting myself. I would not put in the dishwasher. I would wash after use and dry. I wanted to upgrade my knives and started with this one. The package and knife itself is beautiful. Would also make a perfect gift.
