This was a refurbished item the only problem since i got it is every now and then it does something where it freezes and makes a noise so have to turn it off and back on but you lose whatever progress you've done and have to start over it has done this since i got it

The media could not be loaded. It works fine, however, the cooling fan is already noisy, and oh, by the way, you can’t ship it back to amazon if you want to return it because they don’t accept flammable or contents under pressure in the mail. Who knew?
