I purchased this controller because my controller that I had LB just stopped working. I have been using it since Series X launch day so I guess it was expect based on Microsoft’s track record. This controller was refurbished so I was weary, but I hooked it up and played some Street Fighter 6 for about 4 hours and didn’t have a issue. The controller also came with a usb-c cable which I didn’t know so that was a bonus. Be advised it does not come with batteries so you will still need to buy some of you plan on using them. I have gone through 4 different xbox one controllers over the past 2 years- and at 60+ dollars a pop, it was getting frustrating. Most were just my own clumsy fault but ive had a lot of issues with awful analog sticks, resulting in stick drift and constant frustration. This controller is better in almost every way. More solid construction, uses UsbC cable which i have plenty around. Even has an extra button that i accidentally hit all the time. But brand new these are less expensive than the ones from almost a decade ago. I got mine “amazon refurbished” and it seemed brand new. Never had an issue at all with it, and got it marginally cheaper. Also that d-pad is neat ... show more

When I revived this product I noticed it was very clearly dirty all over the controller and when I used it my movement stick has stick drift making it very hard to play games.

I'm very satisfied with this item so I'm not sure why some people say that it has a stick drift and does work so if anyone else want to buy it I give it a 5* rating.
