I’m excited to have this ice maker primarily because our new refrigerator is on back order until January and it currently does not make ice. Plus, who doesn’t love nugget ice? My issue upon first use is that it has been running for exactly one hour now and the ice bin is only 3/4 full. The manual doesn’t explain how long the process will take to make a full bin of ice so I’m now hovering around the kitchen waiting because I don’t want to go on with my day and it run out of water and the ice that’s in there melts! I wish the owner manual provided an estimate time for a full bin of ice. An hour is longer than I anticipated but I also have nothing to compare it to. I know there are 3 options…manually stop the process, the machine runs out of water and it stops, or the ice bin gets full and it stops. I also do not know how long the ice can stay in the bin before it begins to melt. Just noting things I wish the owner manual explained. ... show more

    • Worked Great and then Failed after a month
Ice maker did great for a while and then started squealing. After that it started failing. It barely makes ice. Don't waste your money.
