Worth the purchase love it!!
Size: 50" Update
This fireplace looks just as great in person as it does online. It was packaged with care, the directions were simple and very clear. It is easy to operate and heating the room was quick. The only issue I ran into was placing the crystals on the shelf. My crystals kept falling so there was no design I just placed the crystals as fast as I could and shut the door to prevent them from falling

Never received!!!
Size: 60" Standard
I liked the product but unfortunately the delivery service delivered the product to another address, one which I believed is a newly constructed home with no one living there yet. Therefore, the package was stolen/removed by construction members are someone else.

Fairly easy install, heats decently and well worth what it cost
This wall mounted electronic fireplace is just what I wanted. We have a large bedroom and gets a tad chilly at night. I wanted something easy to install, and not too costly as we moved in recently with lots of purchases from Amazon to make life easier. The flames look acceptable, heat output is what I expected/sufficient for our needs. I love having a remote also. The only issue I had with install was disconnecting the cord inside. I managed to install on the wall without disconnecting-I could NOT separate it. Didn't ta,e a picture as there are several. But know, so far I am well pleased with the little gem. I prefer the more realistic color frames, but may use the others on holidays.

Sturdy and Elegant
Size: 60" Standard
EXACTLY what we wanted. Packaging, hardware, and fireplace were all impressive. Love that you can change the rock if you want. Love that both flames can change color and dim! Heater itself works great too.

This is the second one I have purchased and the reason is …. It’s easy to install. The quality is worth your money. Remote is easy to use and small that it’s not bulky. Temperature control can be reached easily. I love that it can change colors to suit my mood. It sets the mood. Very durable. And recommendable. Haven’t had any complaints.

Great buy for the money. Very pretty colors and choices comes with the bracket easy install
Size: 50" Standard
Read many reviews before I decided on this reasons: 4 inch gap on fireplace they installed (just frame made of marble). Hung perfectly inside no over gap bracket flush on wall, no buttons or controls behind the fireplace box so perfect their also. 2 screws removes glass to hang box then just add crystal stones. Glass has two brackets just goes back on easy with hooks just go into groove. Many colors for stones. Many colors for flames can mix and match blue rock- blue flame or red flame, yellow and vice- versa. Rocks change to blue, red, pink, yellow, dark blue, white and green. I prefer blue rocks color and red flame or red and red too many to choose from also flame goes up 5 levels low to high. best part lights and crystals work with heat or without. Remote a lot of fun never have to use touch screen if you don’t want to get up remote does it all. We installed in 5 minutes that easy. You can watch install video on YouTube under how to install a touchstone sideline series electric fireplace. It’s same install as this but you won’t need it simple. Buy it promise you will like it and price for this is perfect. Great addition to the cheesy fake log they had with screen. ultra thin- perfect best part return if not happy.
