After that it started to take longer to charge, 8 hours, 12 hours - 24 hours until it stopped charging all together, I've tried to troubleshoot all the suggestions keeping the ports dry etc. without luck. I would have returned it, but had an emergency that brought me over the time limit.

We’ve owned it for 35 days!!! It was amazing it did such a great job and then all the sudden after a regular charge cycle it would turn on. Of course I threw the manual away earlier this week! I took it apart and water is everywhere in the motor. Not sure if this is normal but doesn’t seem to be. Clearly there is still power to the unit as when I plug it in it will blink the random colors. Can anyone give advise or post pictures of the troubleshoot part of the manual? Super upset and not I can return it or even contact sellers!

Arrived on time and at the perfect time! Charged it up (the charging speed was fantastic!) and dropped it in after Father’s Day weekend where we most of the family in the pool swimming.. at first glance the pool didn’t look horrible except the clearly visible larger items on the pool floor. Amazing cleaning ability! It picked up everything you saw on the pool floor and more!! I was shocked when it was done how much dirty was actually on the floor (I attached a picture of what it cleaned up) The suction power was better than handheld pool vacuums I’ve used in the past. Our pool is only 15’ across and the battery life was more than plenty to handle this size pool.

Great small pool vacuum. Easy to use and manage. Has only 1 button to push to turn on/off and colors clearly shows you the status. Easy to open and clean and put back together. Picks up small debris great! Things like sand and small leaves have no chance to stay in pool. I do not think it will be that great for big leaves and large amounts as trash storage and inlet port are smaller per design for ease of use but have not tried yet. Perfect drop in pool and come back and get with provided hook. Machine will stop next to the side, so you easily get to it. Great little cleaner for the price. Very light weight and runs about 2 hours on a charge which works good for my 30 ft round aboveground pool. I will drop in 1 time a week and am sure it will keep things nice and clean.

Purchased end of April 2025, started using end of May and lasted 3 mos. Great vacuum but it just quit working. Power button no longer works and can’t get charger to charge the vacuum. I don’t know if it’s something to do with the charger itself or the motor?

Just over 90 days of use, and this POS already stopped working. Red flags started showing after the first use, but we figured it was just one of those things. But, it cleaned and worked perfectly for the first use. And every operation after that, a little worse. Now, it won’t even move more than 2 feet in any direction before shutting itself off on a full charge. Amazon should be as accountable for selling this garbage as the seller. Absolute junk.

The media could not be loaded. We are new pool owners and I needed something that would help me clean the bottom of the pool. This robot was at a great price point and really does a good job. We have a small in ground pool, and it covers the bottom well. It runs for about 90 minutes, but it moves quickly so that is ample time to get the job done. I love that it is cordless! Charging is easy - we keep it charged so that it is ready to drop in the pool when we need it. Set up was super easy too. Overall, very happy with this addition to our pool.
