Motor fail bought June 11 2025 purchased - fail 2nd week of July 7th 2025. Worked great, cleaned, did what it said it would do. Then stopped doing that pushing dust Not picking up pool dirt and staying in one place NOT moving ever during the charge. Best to worst Roomba in weeks. Don’t buy! In fact buying under 1k you are excepting that it will only work one season at most/ would like the whole season 😉 Bought new model/brand at $400 cuz that’s what I can afford. Easy to operate. Does a decent job at sucking up small debris and brushing the pool floor which does need to be pretty flat. You doget what you pay for as some of these robot vacs are 500 and up. I just wanted something to suck up all the small debris and keep my cleaning time down. It does operate in a odd fashion as it uses water to propel it through the pool. If you have the need for better cleaning and not just sucking up dirt I'd suggest getting a model with rotating brushes.

Bought at the end of June 2025, worked great and held enough charge to clean my 27’ above ground pool. Mid-August stopped working. Green lights indicate a full charge but once dropped in water, it won’t move. Waste of money for less than two months working.

Arrived on time and at the perfect time! Charged it up (the charging speed was fantastic!) and dropped it in after Father’s Day weekend where we most of the family in the pool swimming.. at first glance the pool didn’t look horrible except the clearly visible larger items on the pool floor. Amazing cleaning ability! It picked up everything you saw on the pool floor and more!! I was shocked when it was done how much dirty was actually on the floor (I attached a picture of what it cleaned up) The suction power was better than handheld pool vacuums I’ve used in the past. Our pool is only 15’ across and the battery life was more than plenty to handle this size pool.

The media could not be loaded. I’m pretty freakin happy with this. I had a bunch of leaves at the bottom of my above ground pool. I didn’t know if this thing was going to pick all of them up. It worked GREAT. Didn’t get all of it done in one cleaning (the battery life was about 2 hours.) But my word. It was very easy to use. Much more affordable than some of the insanely expensive robo pool vacuums. I’m about to put it back in and see if it gets the rest of the leaves. My one and only complaint is that for some reason on the first cleaning, it stopped in the middle of the pool instead of self parking on the edge and that made it very difficult to get out of the pool. But maybe I did something wrong, I’m not sure. Still worth it!!!

I bought this because my Aiper died and I needed a quick solution. This was on sale so I got it. It seems it does an alright job when it works but getting it to work is a challenge. Most of the time it will sit in the bottom of the pool and drain the battery down without actually moving. I have an above ground pool that is flat and level on the bottom. My Aiper had no issues so I’ll probably stick to that from here on out.

cleans exceptionally well, only 1 star because it lasted just past amazon return policy , same as others stated- poor charging cable to unit build, prongs on unit corroded and broke off, unit is trash. Pondee says “ up to 2 year warranty” obviously making that process too difficult they do not warranty. Amazon says send them pondee no warranty response and they may cover it. Pondee limits communication to prevent that. I might buy again with extended warranty- it will fail again, Great unit, POOR charging connection and they know it

The media could not be loaded. We are new pool owners and I needed something that would help me clean the bottom of the pool. This robot was at a great price point and really does a good job. We have a small in ground pool, and it covers the bottom well. It runs for about 90 minutes, but it moves quickly so that is ample time to get the job done. I love that it is cordless! Charging is easy - we keep it charged so that it is ready to drop in the pool when we need it. Set up was super easy too. Overall, very happy with this addition to our pool.
