The purchase of this scooter so far has been great. The seller sent me notifications of each step along the way. The LTL shipping company did a fabulous job of getting the scooter to me. When I did the unboxing and unpacking of the parts, everything was there. There was only one scratch on the bike. It's on the silver trim panel on the right side under the seat. I was able to touch it up simply with a silver Sharpie. Some other paint defects were there on the front faring (fingerprints in the clearcoat) . I was able to hand polish those out with polishing compound and wax. Assembly is pretty easy if you watch the only video. Some other things I ran into though were a bit more frustrating. First off, none of the front lights were connected. I was able to match up all of the connectors and get some of the lights functional. The headlight still didn't work, even with the engine running. I later found the Hi/Lo beam switch disconnected. I took the advise of other owners and replaced the engine oil before starting it. It's easy and cheap. It only takes .7 quarts of 10W/40. The engine came to life instantly when I pressed the start button while holding the brake lever. It sounds and runs nice. However another problem became apparent. The throttle felt sticky. A quick check found that the engine side nut had come loose and was entangled in the cable. This also allowed me to adjust the throttle, as it wasn't fully opening. First ride impressions are pretty good. I live on top of a large hill. It pulls me up that hill at 25 mph! Not even half throttle I might add. I'm currently waiting on the MCO and bill of sale, which was mailed by the seller. It's important to remember that these bikes are assembled, then disassembled for shipping. Packed up and put in a container on a boat. Shipped over rough seas. Unloaded from the boat and container. Shipped by truck to a warehouse. Loaded on a truck again and shipped to you. That's a lot of beating and banging. Stuff is inevitably gone to get damaged or at least work loose. I suggest checking everything when you assemble it. Don't rush and you can have a nice bike when y our done. Update 8/10/25 Its been about 1 and a half mos. The scooter still runs great. I had a small problem with the MCO. I took it to the title and tag place just down the street. It seems that here in Pennsylvania, the MCO must have a Notary stamp in 2 places (from the seller) or the title and tag place can't process it. So I contacted the seller, and they were able to send me a new , notorized MCO. Which the T-n-T place processed. I got a registration plate immediately. And I just received the official title yesterday. And one other problem arose at about 90 miles. I noticed the headlight not working. After some troubleshooting I found that the female terminals of the stator connector (3 yellow wires) were spread and not making contact. This means it wasn't charging the battery also. I squeezed them closed tighter the to fix that problem. But so far, no real major problems have popped up. Still happy with my purchase! ... show more

  • Great little scooter, great price, doesn’t disappoint. Great little scooter, great price, doesn’t disappoint.

Came packaged really well, nothing missing, as others have reported. Was pretty easy to put together and started right up. I scanned the QR code to go to the assembly video to assemble and was never able to find it so I winged it. it’s pretty easy to figure out, even without instruction. Shipping was about 5 days earlier than expected. Still waiting for the paperwork to arrive so I can register it, will update if there are any issues that arise. I haven’t had it on the freeway or anything yet because It’s not road legal yet so I can’t speak about speed. Comfortable setup, seems like quite good quality, bright led lights, responsive throttle, quick acceleration, good brakes. It sits a little closer to the ground than I expected, which is not my favorite, but I will get used to it. Overall very pleased so far. ... show more

My motorcycle came with the front broken and the headlight not working which i believe happened during the transportation. It cost me $300 to fixed the headlight. Other than that the motorcycle is excellent. I really like it.

  • Saipan is a Beast
Color: Blue Size: M
First of all, I would like to say that I am extremely happy with this purchase. I believe it goes beyond what I paid for seeing that replacement parts are so cheap and repairs will be relatively easy, for me the most important benefit of this purchase will be the knowledge I will gain in mechanics and motorcycles. Keep an extra cvt belt under your seat so you can replace it if your original one snaps. It will save you from having to be towed and spending more money than needed. This is only if you travel far like me or your you're far away from your home. Also theres hundreds of videos online on how to c that belt and pretty much every other component. Very very simple engine and very reliable. Trust me don't listen to the bad reviews. If you're tight on money and can't buy a $5000 scooter from Honda or Suzuki and your in the market for a good scooter that will be at least reliable enough to get you from A-to-Z, then buy the Saipan you won't regret it and you can't go wrong. ... show more

  • Great value and quality Great value and quality

One of the best purchases I've made in Amazon. Absolutely love this scooter and have had zero issues so far. I put close to 100 miles on it the first day and loved every second of it. Yes it's a scooter but it has enough power for in town rides and 55 and under roads. Perfect for quick trips to the store or just to get out and feel some wind in your face. Wil definitely purchase one more. I've seen negative reviews and I'd have to say for a $1400 scooter delivered to my house if it has small issues I'll address them and keep on going. ... show more

Color: Black Size: M
I received my brand new scooter on June 3rd 2025 and I should not be having all these problems the bolt that was attached to the crate was stripped and wasn't able to get it out, there were scratches on the left side and front lower turn signals doesn't blink and seat will not open and most important of all it will not start after putting fresh high octane gas in the scooter so you can say I am very unsatisfied customer. ... show more

  • Blown engine at 2200 miles on new bike
Color: Red Size: M
This product has had some issues. As of now the engine only has 2200 miles on it and is blown. All city driven. Let's see how the company handles this and then I will write a few review. This is the third issue. Also was sold a warranty that doesn't cover scooters. Is this amazing fault or xpro? These things do not happen by accident, rather by design. ... show more
