Yes — EPA certified and DOT approved for street-legal use in most U.S. states. Register at your DMV with the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO) paperwork. License requirements vary by state; check your local DMV. How difficult is assembly? How long does it take? Ships 85% pre-assembled. Install front wheel (intermediate — align brake disc), front fender, handlebar clamp, front panel, rear rack, mirrors, battery, battery cover, and rear trunk. Tool kit included. What wa-rranty does the Milos 50 come with? Limited Wa-rranty: 1-year frame (structural defects), 90-day parts and battery (manufacturing defects). Wear items (tires, brake pads, belts) excluded. It may feel cheap and it may not come with instructions but it was kinda straightforward putting it together especially with the help of YouTube. The sellers were quick to get back to me and help with a smashed mirror and broken front axle. The moped was surprisingly fast for what it is. I was flying on a flat road going 45mph definitely the thing that'll get you to work for cheap. Added: They continue to help me with parts and the moped continues on without issue. I bought mine pre-tested. It still comes partly disassembled, but after getting everything put together, fuel in the tank, oil, tightening bolts. It works! Mine stalls whenever I come to a complete stop, but after contacting the support team, they've sent me some videos to hopefully resolve my problem. Aside from stalling, I've test ridden it a few times already. My top speed has been 38, and the gas for miles is crazy. I've maybe spent $8 on a full tank, and my meter hasn't moved after 15 miles. It's relatively quiet compared to most motored vehicles I hear. The seat is comfortable. Maybe it's because it was pre-tested, but my moped came with the paperwork, the bill of sale came maybe 3-7 days after the moped. Moped arrived after a week of purchasing it. The crate had no tools to disassemble it. They give you no tools for assembly. I wasn't missing any parts as far as I'm aware. It wasn't hard to put together, but it did take me a while (3days) since I'm the only one working on the thing. You can find the manufacturers manual for all their models on the official website, a long with extra resources such as specific parts and help. For a vehicle that's a little over $1000 after tax and shipping, I think it's well worth getting if you can get help with assembly. ... show more
