Great set! My kids can't break them! Use for cutting sparingly, they do gouge easily when cutting up meats etc. I suggest cutting foods on a harder surface like a wood cutting board then transferring to these plates. They are so easy to wash as well. Don't soak them in the sink with other dirty dishes though they seem to soak up grease and oils and leaves a film but it could be the soap we use too. We don't have a dishwasher but I'm sure they would be just fine in the dishwasher. Fits in our cupboards nicely. Reasonably priced and I love the colors.

Okay, so I finally decided to upgrade our everyday dishes, and after a lot of scrolling, I landed on the Teivio 32-piece black plastic dish set. Let me tell you, I'm genuinely impressed! As a busy parent (or someone who just hates breaking dishes!), these have been a total lifesaver. Right out of the box, I was struck by the sleek, matte black finish. They don't look like your typical flimsy plastic dishes; they actually have a modern, almost ceramic-like vibe, which I love. This set comes with everything you need for eight people: dinner plates, smaller salad/dessert plates, bowls, and tumblers. We even got the bonus stainless steel straws and flatware, which is super handy for packed lunches or impromptu picnics. What I'm Absolutely Loving: * Practically Indestructible: This is probably the biggest win for me. With little ones running around and my own occasional clumsiness, our old ceramic dishes were constantly chipping or shattering. Not these! So I was looking for an inexpensive, durable, and most of all black, second set of dishes recently and I came across these. Tons of pieces. The flatware is just a tad small, but functional, and the dishes are actually pretty nice: lightweight and fairly sturdy. Dishwasher safe is a big deal, and these are. These would be ideal for a vacation house, rental house, RV, camper, or anywhere you need plates and bowls but don’t want to risk breaking grandmother’s fine china! Unboxing video attached
