It's cool, but not without issues by a long shot. While the company is fantastic with communication, and getting replacement parts out to you quickly, the manufacturing department is terrible. Im talking crooked frame, out of balance wheels, etc. The battery provided is an not even an AGM battery, and you'll run the risk of getting battery acid on your quad and your hands while replacing it like I did because the battery failed within 50 miles. If you decide to go with this quad, make sure you buy back up parts, immediately use a different battery, and use thread locker on all of the screws. Be prepared to put in extra work because this thing is not turn key. Also, it is a go-kart placed on an ATV chassis. It is not an ATV. It isn't 4×4, and there's only 1 gear. If this thing had no issues, I would place it as 5 stars for the price. The support department is top notch, better than American support in my experience. Good intro vehicle into atv world. Not too expensive but a lot of fun to ride. 6' 2" 245lbs it goes over 30mph and climbs hills with me on it!

Love to ride this atv. The only thing I wasn't aware of before buying is that the engine does not brake when descending a slope. So, you must use your brakes or else it's pure free fall descent. Guess that's why it was so inexpensive. Also, no tachometer or odometer. Still glad I bought it. Just have to get more experience descending slopes, hills. ... show more

Don’t waste your money on assembly. If you have metric ratchets, wrenches, a floor jack and about 3 hours anyone can do it. Be prepared to move a very large and heavy crate I used a tractor. PROs. It’s cheap. Customer service is is above average if you can get them to answer (you will need them,so keep the phone number handy)Not difficult to assemble (with exceptions. I’ll get to in CONs). The engine started immediately and ran well. The battery functioned well after charging before using. The lights are bright.CONs They do not put real oil in the engine so it has to be changed before starting the engine. The oil plug is spring loaded and in an almost inaccessible area. It was crazy hard to change!!!! More CONs. The seat has no padding and good luck with the seat latch. The fuel cap leaks so don’t fill it to the top. The disc caliper would not open, tech assistance, knock it in firmly but gently with a rubber mallet). It’s cheap quantity. Don’t expect all the bolts to be present. My was missing all the rack bolts. For some reason they put the brake handle on the same side as the accelerator. The really cheap snap on neutral and reverse indicator had the wires pulled out (they replaced it) but took 2 weeks to come from china. The plastic is very very thin, it actually vibrates when started. The plastic racks are brittle and easily crack. (Don’t insert the flag holder into the rack) it will crack it. The frame is small tubular steel. Definitely not made for rough terrain. The engine has enough power for slopes but not for hilly areas (more a level road type vehicle. It’s not a true ATV more a LTV( level terrain vehicle). I can’t say how HORRIBLE the so called SHOCK non-absorber are. They literally don’t move at all. The suspension is the minimum ply tires. I replaced the front and back shocks, ($98.00 for all three) on Amazon, otherwise it was un-rideable without loosening your teeth and breaking your back. It is cheaply made with minimal quality material but I think for that price you probably already knew that. I bought this as a fun project for my grandson and myself. It was a lot of fun for us and worth the TOTAL delivered price from XPROUSA of $1645. I could say more but find out for yourself it’s an adventure. ... show more
