Buy the protection plan. It wasn’t too bad to assemble; it runs fine as we used a very high-quality 10w40 full synthetic oil and 91 octane ethanol-free gas. The problem we have is that the handlebars, while fully tightened, became loose and now won’t stop moving. We are working with Asurion to solve the problem. I will update when I have a resolution.

In the beginning it was a bit difficult to assemble. But after it came easy afterwards. It’s a good height. And can’t wait to have my son ride it. He is super excited.

Yea, just don't.....bought this for my son for his birthday. We got about three days enjoyment out of it but now the bike refuses to start and the oil compartment appears to be flooded with fuel. I'd chalk this up to a one off issue but support for this bike boils down to a Q&A and is reliant on you already having mechanical knowledge and access to mechanical diagnostic tools (neither of which I have). Can't get a hold of the company either so no luck there. Two stars because, when it was working, it was a pretty fun toy.

We bought the above mentioned dirt bike from Amazon back in December for our kids to share / ride. As we live in Minnesota is has been too cold to ride until recently. I assembled the dirt bike about 1 month ago. The kids have been able to ride this within the last 2 weeks. 3 days ago our kids said it stopped working. I troubleshot the problem and determined that the engine has seized up. At first i thought the rear brake was stuck, but soon realized, the pull string would not pull. I removed the pull string and the chain and this is where I was able to determine the engine had seized. I was able to reverse the pull string and get it started for a second, before I heard a horrible sound of metal in the engine compartment and witnessed small shards of metal casing exiting the exhaust. I have not be able to find contact phone number for this seller and their website does not provide good contact information.
