To ALL Fellow Amazon Shoppers (In the market for small ATV's) I would like to encourage anyone in the market for a small ATV or recreational vehicle to consider shopping at X-pro. I purchased the 110 cc 4 stroke 4-wheeler for my grandchildren, it arrived earlier than I expected in exactly the condition to which the company described it to be. The assembly process was very simple and easy to understand. I personally enjoyed the fact that it came with a safety DVD. The ATV was the perfect gift for my young grandsons. As with ANY product from ANY merchant, there are always going to be small risks of ending up with a faulty product for various reasons in which cannot be controlled etc.. and in those very rare instances I would have to say" X-PRO customer service and Mechanics couldn't have handled my specific issue any better." I am VERY VERY Pleased with the response and service I received from this company. I highly recommend X-PRO for all your atv needs and I will be a repeat customer because they take pride in the product and care about the quality of service We as a customer receive. I would like to personally THANK X-PRO and ALL the STAFF who helped resolve my issue for the PROMPT, CONSISTANT and CURTEOUS service. This ATV is a great starter ride for a beginner. The color is exactly as expected and the ATV speed can be adjusted easily. It was not difficult to assemble and my daughter rides it every day. Would recommend, worth every penny.

I purchased this product from my grandson in for Christmas. One of the reasons was the name XPROUSA. Within the first year I had to request replacement of the clutch and clutch spring multiple times. The company was very responsive probably knowing there was a problem with the clutch as you know an ATV is only fun to ride IF it’s running. this time when I texted to see about getting another clutch, which by the way is a tiny little piece of metal that can’t be more than a couple dollars to produce based on how flimsy the part was I was given a website where I could purchase one. Since I had purchased the four year warranty, I was surprised they wouldn’t send me another part In addition to the clutch, I have had a problem with the chain which they did replace recommend that anyone thinking about buying this product keep looking Customer service is actually in mainland China. Definitely not the USA.

Not bad for price and easy assembly. Would be better if it had a foot brake and not just angle brakes as it is for a smaller child but that’s the reason for the 4 star review. Started right up and already had oil in it. Great buy

Oil all over the atv and missing the Mount for the handlebars. How we supposed to ride with no handlebars for steering?

Honestly I was skeptical, but let me tell you . This is perfect , couldn’t ask for a better kids quad .. everything was shipped nicely and all required bolts and nuts were there . Quality is a good 8 out 10 , and assembly was very easy

Update to Update.. you get what you pay for! DONT BUY! Get a better name brand! I bought this in November as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I want to make y'all aware of an issue before you buy! On the right side of the atv is the pull start. That is fairly close to your child's leg. it gets extremely hot turning their leg red. However in our case not only did it turn her leg red it blistered it. The heat shield that comes with it does absolutely nothing. Another issue with it is after 30 minutes to and hour of ride time it starts wanting to shut off because it's over heating! I've contacted the seller here and I directly contacted the xpro customer service about it wanting to just shut off after an hour of riding and the response I got was check the gas line to make sure they have been properly installed that could be the reason for it shutting off. 🤦🏼 No it over heats! The air box is clear of debris so that's not the problem. It's a great little riding atv for a child but would be better if the heating issues was resolved. They sent a carburetor claiming that would fit the heating issues wrong now it's worse. Still has heating problems, The metal it's made of is not durable the front wheel a frame broke off, it only gets road on on flat terrain so please save your money!
