I don’t know what everyone doesn’t like these. They stick just fine. There are two plastic sides you have to remove both. I would recommend and buy again. Saving my ring front being damaged. Sure it’s thin, you can’t tell it’s there.

I bought these to protect my wife's Oura Ring, and she's been happy with them and how they fit the ring. We had previously tried the silicone sleeve style of protector, and the difference is significant. The film is thin enough that you barely notice it's there, while the silicone sleeves added noticeable bulk and changed how the ring felt on her finger. Installation was straightforward. The film wraps around the outer surface of the ring and adheres smoothly without visible bubbles or lifting at the edges. Once applied, it's essentially invisible, which matters for something you wear constantly. The protection holds up well against everyday wear. The ring contacts surfaces throughout the day, and the film prevents the minor scratches and scuffs that would otherwise accumulate on the titanium or ceramic finish. After several weeks of daily use, the film still looks clean and hasn't started peeling. For anyone debating between film protectors and the thicker silicone covers, the film is the better choice if your priority is maintaining the ring's original look and feel while still guarding against surface damage. I picked up these protectors for my ceramic Gen 4 ring because I am not a fan of silicone ring covers, but I also do not want scratches or wear on something I use every day. The first thing I noticed was that the protective film was not rounded the way it appeared in the listing photos. Instead of having a smoother curved edge, it had a harder edge that made it much more likely to lift once applied. I wear a size 6 ring, and there was also some overlap from the film, which made that edge issue even worse. Within 24 hours, the first piece had already started lifting. I tried trimming the second one to help with both the overlap and the sharp edge, but the material is not easy to cut with regular scissors. The cut ended up uneven, and I could not get it to curve properly around the ring. The listing says the film feels unnoticeable, but that was not my experience. Before it starts lifting, it feels a bit like very thick cling film. Once it lifts, that hard corner becomes noticeable and a little scratchy against the skin. Overall, this was a miss for me and does not feel like a good value. The idea is good, but the fit and design made it more frustrating than helpful, and it did not provide the seamless protection and durability I was hoping for. ... show more
