Yes the bike looks good great curb appeal. Out of the crate there were a few items and issues that needed to be taken care of. And there were a few issues with parts that had to be replaced. But for the service that you receive, the price and the support you cannot beat it. Things I had to do oil change tune up. Ignition switch. Thingdls I had to pay attention to spacer on the front tire. I contacted the seller they were more than eager to assist and provide all the parts that I needed and work with me to correct any and all issues I am very satisfied and I am very pleased with the bike and the support that I received from the company. Ok so I've gone through one tank of gas so far. It's running, smoothly isn't the right word. Customer Support is great they will help with anything, or you can try searching for what you want on their TY channel. So, assembly is pretty straight forward, customer support can link a video to you that makes it a breeze. I had a couple problems but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a little time. So, I requested help for tuning that throttle or getting the scooter to idle and customer support sent me a video on how to do it on a similar motor. Then they also sent me a new carburetor just in case. I mean it seems like an easy switch, but I didn't exactly have a problem with the carburetor. IDK about you but my back trunk compartment doesn't have the specific bolt holes to attach it properly. I don't really care; it's just one less key to carry. I've done one big trip or about 10mi one way and maxing the speed. Oh, so my speedometer is broken, it reads 25mph at about 35-37. I've probably gotten up to 45 on a steady downhill and can keep up with 35 most of the time (I'm red lining it). I would say value for the money is better on this scooter compared to others. they're all basically the same motor it's just design and available color you look for. Delivery went great I was able to be home when they delivered. It might not work this way for everyone, but the driver personally called me to set up a time but also through to company. Customer service contacted me right away and gave me a rundown of how things would play out, other reviewers have stated this. Better than I really expected. Not real hard to put together. We ordered 2 then saw how nice they were n ordered a 3rd one. The 3rd one however hasn't been rode but twice because it won't stay running. Bike shop SD it needs new carburetor which is any easy fix. Hopefully manufacturer will send me another carburetor and we will be set. Also they are little bigger than I expected. Got these for my teenagers and now I wish I had one!
