More than average to assemble, front wheel was the worst, DVD makes it easier buy extra steps not shown. Once assembled change oil and have fun. I had to look up videos on YouTube how to fix it from dying on idol. After watching, it's an easy fix. Now I'm learning how to register it. I am worried about how cheap it is and if it would last a year or two. I'm afraid to drive far and it break down. But that's only reviews I've seen on here. Finally it's very cheap and u get what u pay for. Yes 1.4K is pricey but 10K+ for a Vespa???? ... show more

So I just got it a day ago. An I'm already annoyed. Came with no instruction manual. Just a DVD. I don't own a dvd player! Light was missing a screw and looked to be stripped. Dent in the muffler. Arrived 10 days after order. Assembled in 2 hrs. Runs great. Only issue was the color. I wanted orange. I was asked to put my color choices in order of preference. I got my second choice. My recommendation is to use 93 octane. It starts instantly.

Arrived with damaged parts. Purchased on May 18 and I haven't received replacement parts yet. I had to order and pay for them, the part arrived yesterday. I assembled it and now I have a new problem, it wont crank unless you turn the throttle and then the engine shuts off while its in idle.

Delivery was a hassle tried to bring it to office 40 miles away. DMV docs were stolen and they (Smart Toys LLC), charged me $25 for replacement and haven't sent them in a week. There's no oil in the scooter at all do not ride before adding motor oil. The instructions and DVD don't correspond with the scooter and parts at all, and the front panel is supposed to just snap on and doesn't. The spacer for the front tire doesn't fit, and there's no room to attach the front fender. If you want a scooter, you might try going to the local Vespa dealer. ... show more

That was the worst purchase of my life. I had tried 4 days to run it after I put it together but itโ€™s not working. There is no returning either. I definitely regret it. Never again.
