Arrived in a sturdy metal frame package. Easy to assemble. Follow the instructions. Get a gear head to help you if needed. Watch YouTube videos and the company website to learn the best way to keep your engine performing properly. No problems yet. Ride 80 total miles a day to work and back. Less than 4 dollars a day. Keep your RPM's around 7. Stay out of the red. You can cruise at 50 to 55 mph. For the money, you can't find a better investment for yourself as far as saving money and enjoying life more. This scooter was delivered and had defective parts and damage. Most importantly, It didn't work. When I got the parts replaced and tried to start it, it kept blowing the primary fuse. I contacted the seller and was advised the the bike only has a 30 day warranty and that I was outside of the warranty. I pointed out that I had never gotten the bike to work at all and they had a technician call me, who agreed that the bike should be replaced. The next thing that happened was I received a box with a pile of wires and no instructions or guidance as to what it was. I contacted them again and was advised that the wires were a new wiring harness. I was told to fix it myself or find and pay a technician who could do it for me. I also noted to them that the starter was not properly engaging when I tried to just jump it directly. They have never responded to this problem. So I have an expensive boat anchor that has NEVER worked but according to the seller is now out of warranty.. I cannot recommend this product to anyone, but rather suggest finding a reputable source that will support their product. ... show more

Well I've only had it for about a month now so I don't want to jump the gun but I've ridden it basically everyday, already have about 300 miles on it and it runs fantastic. A great bang for your buck! BREAK IN YOUR SCOOTER FIRST! If you don't they'll most likely break down sooner than later and that goes for any scooter. The bike looks as it does online. However it only ran for 3 days before it just started cutting off. I have had it looked at by several different mechanics and what they say is that most of the working parts are cheap and all need to be replaced. Do not by this bike it will spend more time in a shop and less time on the road. ... show more
