    • CRAZY sharp little knives
The Good: These little knives are SO sharp that you can nick off a fingertip and not even feel it. Pretty incredible. Practically as sharp as a piece of glass. Great for dicing fruits, vegetables, and fingertips. The Bad: Not necessarily BAD, but the handles are very lightweight. I personally prefer a little more heft in a knife handle but that's just me. The Ugly: OK $50 for 3 little knives might seem high to a lot of folks, but these Germans, they've been making great steel for 100+ years. But WAIT, there's MORE: The main reason we bought these was for really for the curved little knife; it is PERFECT for peeling apples, pears, and thumbs. ... show more

I got this set for my wife because she likes to use paring knives more than butcher or utlity style knives for small veggies and fruits. She absolutely loves these. They come very sharp and with no blemishes. You won't be disappointed.
