Made from a single sheet of high-carbon stainless steel, the blades of these knives are made with Wusthof's Precision Edge Technology, or PEtec, to create and extraordinarily sharp blade that retains its edge 30 percent longer. They are also stain and rust resistant, and are laser tested for uniform cutting and precision.
