I've had many Wusthof knives and jut added these two to the collection. As usual, there is no disappointment with Wusthof - they are super sharp and the Classic IKON series offer fantastic handle that feels smooth and with a good grip. I just wish the brand ever offered sales and discounts.

the utility knife is so sharp that the one point on the blade and the tip were curled after 3 day usage, nevertheless it is still my favor knife. The 8 inch is long, thicker, and heavier for me. I end up bought a 6” for almost all vegetable cutting.
