This is a quick and simple wrist brace. It is easy to use and really helps support your wrist during a workout or while playing sports. I don't think it should be used as a medical device to support and injured wrist. It does do a great job of preventing injury though. It's not uncomfortable or too big and doesn't have to continually be re-wrapped. I am not a big fan of using Velcro but in the instance it's convenient. Some how I missed this brace has a pre-sewn loop to put my hand through when looking to purchase this device. The loop would probably be snug for a size 8 wrist but is very loose for my size 7 wrist. I have to scoot the loop close enough to my palm so my fingers can hold it still while I wrap the rest of the strap around to secure it with the velcro. The velcro can attach to the strap anywhere and will no doubt make the strap overly fuzzy with continued use. I find the brace tends to slide up my arm after a few minutes instead of staying at my wrist unless I tighten the brace to the point I would need to check for restricted blood flow to the hand on a regular basis. I feel confident this is because I wasn't able to hold the loop well enough to get the rest of the strap secured. That being said, the velcro is wide and stiff enough to provide some stability for the wrist. I plan to seam rip the loop and sew a regular seam to the end of the strap. Certainly helped my carpal tunnel wrist stability; however, velcro starting to not work very well after several months of daily use. Eventually will get velcro tabs to reinforce closure. Serves its purpose.

I don’t usually write reviews, but want to give others a heads up. This is actually a “sleeve” - you slide it onto your wrist, then wrap. I could not find this in the description anywhere. It is not sized. The sleeve part is much too large. I do have relatively small wrist. When I wrap it, the sleeve part then folds over, making it too thick and uncomfortable, with bulky pressure. I tried to just use it as a wrap, not put my wrist inside, then it is way too thick and no way to get tight enough for support. I returned the item. I will continue searching. ... show more

Light and works great. It will wear out fast but it isn't bad. I use this and another one and alternate between the two depending on the time and needs. A lot of people just think this is a bracelet, I have even gotten complements on it!
