I am upgrading from HEIGHT10 to Horizon12 for my JLRU Ecodiesel. H12 is a great product , much better designed in terms of screen size, resolution, customization and functionality, better quality and there are no random issues like "No Signal" from the backup camera, bluetooth disconnects, glitches with Car Play etc. Things to improve. The wiring instructions are unclear AND incomplete. I had to call tech support 3 times and use Chat GPT for wiring and controlling accessories. The vents do not operate smoothly, one of them gets stuck. No, it doesn't catch on anything, it's a design flaw. I even removed the OEM vent louvers. The highest resolution for front and side/rock cameras still remains lower than that for the rear camera , just like in Height10. I used 4 identical aftermarket highly rated AHD 720p cameras (including the backup camera). The product still has no connectivity with U-connect or its own, yet to be created, app. Overall it's a good product and I recommend it. ... show more

Had this professionally installed, but my installers didnt mention the warning on the install sheet - this will break all Uconnect and Sirius Guardian services, as well as the emergency services module (SOS button) and my installer said the install instructions and videos skip over a LOT of things. If you want to fight with Bluetooth connectivity issues, back up camera working when it wants to. Buy this. Biggest pain in the ass ever. My $50 Sony in my other jeep has better bluetooth. Also the reset button is gonna be your best friend
